Whoever the office manager is is one of the most unprofessional office managers I have ever encountered.
They visited my home Friday for requested quote on my main sewer line replacement. The son (master plumber) got under the house took videos & pictures while the father (owner) spoke about his company being family owned, accredited, and honest. After the son was done, they looked at video/pictures and Dad explained what all they would do and how they would quote based on the necessary repairs.
I just received a call from Denise (office manager and I assume his wife bc she mentioned she was owner too), explained they can't quote bc they can't do the job bc they don't have 2 skinny guys to do the job.
Being confused by the way Dave left my house, I kindly raised to question for the change from Friday's discussion, ""I'm sorry. I'm confused. They acted like they would have no problem doing the job Friday."" She proceed to get snappy/sassy with me, saying that's what the guys told her and suggested I call Stewart & Richey. Hatefully said have a great day and hung up the phone on me!
Seriously??? I know my house is difficult. But there is no reason for you mistreat and talk to people in unprofessional, rude manner.
