Jacob came out and worked on our lift station and did a fantastic job. He explained what was wrong and fixed the problem. I also want to give a shout out to Amanda in their office. She is very nice and responsive. I really appreciate the great job they did. Pricing was also very fair. I definitely recommend them.

Great service! We had a very difficult problem with the tub and it's drain location and these guys figured it out, corrected it and gave me a solution to prevent it in the future! Jacob was right on the spot with the entire procedure and you'll appreciate his good work.

Our realtor recommended this service and another. Left messages with both on Sat am. Our shower had almost no flow and rest of house was just fine. Angels returned my call @ 7:30 am on Mon even tho we said it wasn't an emergency and offered to come out at noon that day. Because we have a 2nd shower, we were flexible and said Tues would be fine. They arrived promptly (even a little early). Both the service tech (Jacob) and his trainee (Juan) were very cordial and Jacob was extremely knowledgeable. I asked many questions and he answered all of them. We thought the original problem was the valve cartridge. He replaced it and still no flow. It improved the flow at the head, but still very little flow with the head on. He dismantled it and found a broken gasket deep inside. Removed it and flow is perfect now. He was relentless in finding the problem. We will use them again and recommend him all 9 of our fellow townhouse owners here in Arnold without hesitation. This is the first yelp review I have ever done, but I will rely on yelp reviews in the future (Have only used for restaurant recommendations in the past). NOTE: The other plumbing service I left a message with on Sat. never returned my call on Mon.

We arrived at our cabin after it being closed up for nearly 5 months, only to find a water leak and low pressure. We called Angels and experienced top notch customer service from the get-go. Jeff in the office went out of his way to get us on the schedule as quickly as possible and Jacob the plumber fixed everything, plus he found and fixed a nearly blocked septic line. Both were courteous and professional. A day later, amazingly, our water heater died - completely unrelated to the earlier problems. Jeff once again moved mountains and Jacob returned with a new water heater, the very next day, and had it up and running in no time. Excellent customer service is a rarity these days, but it's a fact of life at Angels Plumbing, Sewer & Drain. Bravo to them!

Waited two hours for them to show up and they never showed up. Called and they said that they were on their way and still didn't show up. Called again and they said that they were there over an hour ago and there was nobody there. I called bull I've been here the whole time sitting here for 2 hours waiting.

I cannot say enough positive about this company! We experienced a sewage problem in our Arnold home, so called Angels Sewer and Drain. The receptionist answered (another closer, local company I called asked me to leave a message - and I never received a return call), was helpful, understood the urgency of our issue, and dispatched a technician to us within an hour. Jacob arrived at time stated, was knowledgeable, courteous, and identified the problem right away. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He is a wonderful representative for your company!
If we ever experience another sewage issue, we know we will call Angels Sewer and Drain FIRST! And we are telling everyone we know about our positive experience.

Need someone to come out over New Years to look at a septic alarm issue. Called and they answered all my questions on the phone and were able to send someone out same day.
Jacob arrived on time (early!) - was very through, explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Couldn't find anything specifically wrong and didn't try to ""upsell"" me to other services.
Would recommend to anyone for plumbing issues.

I had a plugged up kitchen sink. I called around to find a plumber in Angels Camp but no one was available or they were to expensive. In face some of the plumbers I called were actually rude. Angels Sewer and Drain were very polite and eager to help. They arrived on time and had me fixed up in no time! I would highly recommend these guys! I will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Jacob came in, asked what problem was, knew the cause and took care of it immediately and was gone in about 20 minutes. Very pleasant, LISTENED to me, which is not always the case with service tech's, knew exactly what to do. Very satisfactory experience.
