Angels drain helped me out on a project, saving me money and walking me through an issue that was going on. Called on Monday and the technician arrived the next day. He called before arrival, showed up in uniform with a clean van.

Had a water heater that lasted 48 years some how and yesterday it busted. Got a new one and need an install well long story short Allen and chase did a great job. Called all over and they were able to install that day. Everything is working properly so thanks angels plumbing. And the price was the best quote we received.

They suck, they have a young kid working who has absolutely no idea what he's doing. He's rude. Needs a haircut, and probably weighs 80 pounds soaking wet. Do yourself a favor, and go literally anywhere else

This could so easily have been a 5 star review.

Our college-age daughter, staying at a friend's cabin in Bear Valley, needed help with a leak below the bathroom. Louis came right out (which was great, and a relief!).

She asked him to give her an estimate before starting. This is not an easy thing for an 18 year old, but I know she summoned her courage and asked him for an estimate before starting work -- because I was coaching and encouraging her by text. He told her he would -- which I also confirmed by text.

He identified the issue (a loose drain pipe) -- but here's the problem. He did not give her even a ballpark estimate in advance, as he said he would.

Instead, he quickly fixed it (that's great!) -- but then after the fact handed this girl a bill for $450, for less than an hour's work.

To be fair -- it's an hour's drive to and from Bear Valley, and everyone has to make a living and should be paid fairly for their time.

But it's just bad practice not to tell a customer about drive time charges and give on-site estimates in advance.

Had Angels Sewer and Drain just been direct about fees on the phone up front, everyone would have been happy.

Bottom line: Fast and effective. But not transparent about charges even when asked on site in advance of work. If they don't say anything, be sure to ask.

Louie was literally one of the nicest and most amazing people I have ever worked with! He went above and beyond for my family and I! He kept in touch with me over the phone every step of the way through a fire on our property that scorched our entire system. I highly recommend Louie to help you with anything you need! You will not be sorry! He even offered to come out on his day off if we had any emergencies! He needs 10 stars not 5!
