In 1974, Angel Otero Sr created the company, originally based in Phoenix, Arizona. For 30 fruitful years, he crafted his reputation as a master plumber until his departure in 2005. In 1980, Angel Jr started an apprenticeship journey, and under the mentorship of his father, the craft of plumbing was revealed. For over 25 years, Angel Jr has worked to maintain the standard of excellence as instilled by his father. The company's reputation is rooted on honesty and trustworthiness.

A native in Tucson, with family roots tracing back to Mexico's occupation in Arizona when the governor held office.
