In 1974, Angel Otero Sr started the company, originally located in Phoenix, Arizona. For three decades, he built his legacy as a top plumber until his departure in 2005. In 1980, Angel Jr started an apprenticeship journey, and under the guidance of his father, the craft of plumbing was revealed. For over 25 years, Angel Jr has strived to maintain the value of excellence as instilled by his father. The company's standing is rooted on honesty and integrity.

Born and raised in Tucson, with family background tracing back to Mexico's presence in Arizona when the territorial governor held office.
