In 1974, Angel Otero Sr created the company, originally situated in Phoenix, Arizona. For 30 years, he crafted his legacy as a master plumber until his retirement in 2005. In 1980, Angel Jr began an apprenticeship, and under the tutelage of his father, the craft of plumbing was revealed. For over 25 years, Angel Jr has strived to preserve the standard of excellence as instilled by his father. The company's credibility is built on transparency and integrity.

Born and raised in Tucson, with family roots tracing back to Mexico's occupation in Arizona when the territorial governor held office.
