Founded in 1974, Angel Otero Sr created the company, originally situated in Phoenix, Arizona. For 30 years, he crafted his legacy as a master plumber until his retirement in 2005. In 1980, Angel Jr started an apprenticeship, and under the tutelage of his father, the art of plumbing was revealed. For over 25 years, Angel Jr has worked to maintain the principle of excellence as taught by his father. The company's credibility is founded on honesty and trustworthiness.

Rooted in Tucson, with family roots tracing back to Mexico's presence in Arizona when the territorial governor held office.
