I called and spoke to Don (Donald) up at the shop and he was so helpful!

They disbatched a tech to come address our water heater issues but the tech found nothing wrong even though I had to pay the service fee. About a week later I still wasn't convinced the tech got it right so I called Don back and he offered to come out (at no charge) to personally do an inspection.

He came and found the problem after some testing and tried calling the water heater manufacturer to get a part that was under warranty. The company told him since we just bought the house and it changed ownership they no longer warrantied the water heater!

Don didn't let that stop him - he went out to his truck and found a part that would work and changed it out.

To this day we have more hot water than we've had since we lived here and I am SO HAPPY with Don's service, professionalism and his willingness to not quit until he had tried everything. Since then he has called a couple times just to check on everything to make sure it was still working well.

THAT is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
