I phoned Angeles Plumbing, the technician they sent out, Ryan, came on time, analyzed the problem and fixed it in no time. Ted analyzed a problem in about 10 minutes. The same problem that stumped a plumber from Sequim after two visits.
Ted was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient.

Had a water heater leak. Richard Crawford came the next day with a new heater & went to work. He was very pleasant & friendly, knowledgeable , answered questions & knew exactly what he was doing. Two hrs. later he was done. He cleared the lines & said we'd have hot water in 20 min. We did! Thank you Richard~ job well done. We have always had superior service from Angeles Plumbing.

My plumbing problems turned out to be worse than I originally thought, but Dane from Angeles Plumbing found the problem and fixed it. It was a lot less expensive than I thought, too, considering all the work he had to do. He was also very nice and patient with my questions.

Had an emergency leak at my water heater they showed up after hours fixed the problem quickly and fixed a leaky bathtub handle to boot. Very professional and reasonably priced even for emergency work. Nothing but positive things to say.

More than five stars deserved for a really professional job done to highest standards. Two other companies cared less to fix a real problem from a failed heat pump water heater, setting the temp to a scalding 140, a high pressure relief valve exit to the utility room floor with the electrical panel on a wall behind totally dangerous also, and too busy otherwise to care to help, so I had to live with cold water only for three months trying to find someone to help, other companies not even returning phone calls. Due to all hot water pipes clogged from this delay, Angeles Plumbing completely refit the entire hot water system, all new pipes, a new pressure tank, and a pan beneath the factory warranty water heater replacement with two earthquake straps, with all fittings now facing in front for future access, all done neat and clean and even aesthetically pleasing. Can you imagine, even the charge was less than the original quote! Hats off to Mark and his helpers, every one honest, with complete caring integrity, and glowing kindness. They are my heroes!!!
