I had an Angel Water softener installed last June. It has worked fine. I've had regular deliveries of salt from the company which is very convenient. This past week I noticed the water wasn't soft. When I checked the salt container it was filled with water instead of being dry. I called for a service appointment on Monday but couldn't get one until Wednesday. I asked about the warranty. It was past the year deadline so I would be charged $139.00 for the service call. I wasn't happy about that. When the guy came he determined a part had not initially been tightened enough when installed so it worked itself loose. He pumped out the salt container of water, reset the machine and we were good to go. $139

During our annual service for our water softener and reverse osmosis system, Keith, our technician, was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about our water conditioning needs. He addressed all our concerns and took the time to answer our questions.

The Chlorinator that I bought from angel water was making a weird noise. I texted the owner to send a tech out to take a look. The tech came, replaced a 6 inch plastic tube the width of a straw and 20 minutes later, presented me with an invoice for $204. $204!! I'm in the wrong business. Messaged the owner to see if there are any warrantees that came with this chlorinator, zero reply. Product from angel is great, but you better hope nothing goes wrong because they will charge you $139 just to take a ten minute drive. Very disappointed at the way this was handled.

Rented a water softener from this company due to them purchasing Algonquin Soft Water. I called them at the beginning of May. They made 4 trips to fix the softener. They don't communicate. I asked why each time I had to call them to find out what happened on the call and Anthony told me they cannot spend all day making calls back on the units they device. He also said that they cannot spend 8 hours on any one unit. They continued to bill for rental during the time the unit was working. Their customer service level is horrible. Anthony should be fired. If I didn't have to give a star they wouldn't have even gotten that one. Lousy company to deal with and apparently customers are a nuisance to them.

We have been using Angel Water for 15years. Have always had Excellent service. Mike DeBoer provided great service this last time. We swapped our old RO unit out for a new one. He did a great job informing us of how it worked as well as advising about testing our well. We would highly recommend this company.

What an impressive company! Our sales guy Bill Slocum was excellent - so knowledgeable and thorough. My husband and I felt very comfortable buying this system. And just for my own peace of mind, I just had Anthony out here to check the quality of the water to be sure the RO system was doing what it is supposed to do. He was terrific too, answered all my questions and concerns. Recommend Angel Water very highly.

I highly recommend Angel Water! Salesman Bill contacted me for a personal consultation on my water needs. I am holistic, green and all that good stuff, so water was a concern. Fighting my Autoimmune disease holistically, everything that i eat and drink is critical to my healthcare. He tested the water to show me the difference. Wow! I was excited to have the installation done, and today Ryan and Zack came to do just that. They had to drill a hole in my porcelain sink which made me have doubts, but they did a great job. The water faucet matches my kitchen faucet perfectly. They were so kind to remove their shoes without me asking them as well. They left my kitchen clean with the exception of my sink from the drilling. But they advise the best way to clean it and Bars Keeper did its magic. My kitchen is back as it was and the water taste great. No more yucky tasting water. All the guys were polite, professional and great to work with.

Angel Water Conditioning has been around for a long time. Their sales personnel are well trained, professional and friendly. They come out right away to do an analysis of your water to see what needs to be done relative to water softening, in my case. The order and installation went very smoothly. I am very happy to have a new water softener and know that if I have any questions or problems they will be there immediately to help. As I understand it, their equipment is manufactured in Wisconsin and I am happy to use a product that is American made. I highly recommend this company.
