Completely satisfied with the quality of service and follow up I got from Angel Water. The technician was on time, polite and was respectful of being in someone's home. Although the service required was only regular maintenance, he took all the time I needed to explain how the system worked, the changes in technology since it was first installed and the pro's and con's of updating. No hard sell just really valuable info. Highly recommend.

We've done business with Angel almost since we moved to Cary in 2004. They have consistently done good work for us. A little expensive on some things, but overall, good service and a good value.

Angel installed our home water purification system last year and the system works like a champ. We add salt and chlorine every 3 months and the automation controls take care of the regen cycles. Angel has been responsive and their techs are very knowledgeable about what they do.

On a Sunday morning we noticed that our water conditioning system would not stop regenerating and our sump pump would not stop running. We tried everything we could think of then called the emergency number at Angel Water Conditioning and left a message. 30 seconds later my phone rang. The technician was out shopping with his wife but he walked me through various procedures until we got the system to stop regenerating. He called back the next day to make sure everything was still fine. We very much appreciated the Angel technician giving up his free time to help us.

I called this guy 6 months ago' and quoted me around 3000$ just for a filter , i called again few days back he replies with an email saying he had attached the quote from 6 months ago' with the only change the filter now costs 3500$ ,""do you still need me to come out?"" If you are on well water your water could change easily so this guy disregarded to test the water and simply resent the old quote with a ""slight"" increase!
I replied back to cancel the appointment because at that point i'm was going to call the ""Culligan man"" and get a reply with her supervisor CC which i'm gonna paste below, i let you comment on it.

This is the guy that I was just emailing and wanted a new quote. He told me he just wanted to cancel. I am not really sure what is going on with this guy. Was this a delayed message from yesterday?

Set-up appointment and sheduled day off of work. Was told to expect call the morning of scheduled day. 11:30 that day still no call so I called them. Was told no appointment in the system. No apology, no attempt to help just a Monday is the next available. I don't take days off work to scam companies into fast service. I understand problems happen, it's how you deal with them that makes the difference.

I gave my name out at a Costco in Lake Zurich. A sale person came to my house and all he said was how good their system was and how bad everyone was. He also tried to lecture me about ISO certification! What a joke. I was totally turned off by his selling tactic. I cannot comment on the quality but I would prefer to buy my product from elsewhere. I'm surprised that Costco would allow to do business with them.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!
I am really turned-off to these guys, and will be contacting Costco to recommend their removal from any kind of approved vendor referral. These guys have been unresponsive or pestering. I provided my name and information at the Lake Zurich Costco several months ago and they never responded. Then they came out to a home I was under contract to purchase and told me I had a coliform contamination and recommended a $5500 chlorine feeder, and hounded me afterward! A later series of commissioned water tests showed no trace of coliform, proving to me that these guys are pushing unneeded equipment!

I didn't come to that conclusion right away though. I made an appointment at new house I bought, and told my neighbors that I was excited about a new water system. no one showed up! I called Kurt, who set up the appointment with Jessica, and I was told they would call me right back. Thirty minutes later, I receive a call from John, stating he was on a call to fix a leaking water softener installation, and could make it out tomorrow, but then said he could make it in another 30 minutes. I said I was originally scheduled with Jessica, ""I am Jessica, I mean I am with Jessica."" Long story short: overselling, trouble with communication, troubles with installations, and no-call/no-show, is UNACCEPTABLE for any service company, and especially one that hooked-up with Costco!!! My neighbor encouraged me to write this, as he too, was going to call them - and wants the right feedback out there to find, so he can avoid theses hassles. Beware! ""The devil comes as an angel in disguise!""

Beware.

Seems like ownership has changed since we first did business with and now it's all about selling a new product. Little desire to diagnose or repair...just pushing to sell. Prices also seem higher than competition.

Worth your time to check around...there are many good substitutes in area.
