Stay away. I have no idea how this company is associated with Costco. Prepared a quote while trying to sell me that I was getting a great deal. A $500 Costco gift card. A filtration system that Would only work on the kitchen sink. Already have a filter on the fridge so didn't need that but quote was for $1600 alone. Started looking around on the net and found the same system for $300. Contacted Anderson water. Quote for the softener $1400. Guess who I went with? $4300 with Angel or $1400 Anderson. Buyer Beware.

I would never recommend angel water. They will try to sell you an unneeded water softener instead of servicing an existing one.

After years of struggling to fix our well water problems with a competitor's line of products, we decided to try Angel Soft. Glad we did, out water has never been better. No odor, no color. Before we had sulfur odor, iron rust, and corrosion that was so bad we were constantly replacing faucets and toilet tank mechanisms. Angel Soft with the chlorinator solved it so beautifully. The install was very professional and of the highest quality. The installers were highly accomplished, neat, and clean. I could not be happier with the company product and the service.

Buy parts yourself if you can, and with little research, you should be able to. We were charged $284 for parts yesterday for our Fleck water softener head. And as you can see from Amazon screenshot we needed four parts from that page. If I add all the parts needed and used yesterday: ($19.96+$8.85 shipping)+ ($15.60+free shipping)+($41.70+$7.20 shipping)+($27.79+$7.20 shipping) = $128.30 for parts.
They charged us $284 for $128 worth of parts. That's $155+ markup from retail price, or over 120% markup which is OUTRAGEOUS!!!
There is no value added here, except to their bottom line, because all they do is more than double the price and sell you a part.
Not to mention that as a business they do not pay retail prices that consumers do, they pay wholesale.

Our water softener wasn't working so we had these guys come out and take a look at it. So they send a ""water educator"" out to our house. The dude takes a few pictures on his phone of the outside of the unit and then goes ""Yeah it's broken, you might as well just get a new one, the cost would be almost the same as repairing it."". He then proceded to tell us about all the ""toxins"" and ""Harmful chemicals"" that our current water softener isn't protecting us against, but that his magical $4,000 one can. My father, being in the environmental remediation field for 20+ years, said, ""Thats not true, just repair it"". The guy then tells us that he isnt a plumber, so we would need to schedule another apointment.

So we decided to go with a real service, who sent an actual technician out. He actually opened the unit, to find a small piece of glass that was clogging it, preventing it from working properly. Case closed.

Go with DuPage water conditioning like we did. Honest guys who did honest work.

If there is one thing I can't stand, it's some sleezy sales guy, who is OBVIOUSLY just trying to say whatever he thinks will get us seperated from our money. Angel Water is fake water repair.

Flooded basement after their maintenance visit.
Their technicians came to do simple filters change in reverse osmosis system. They should have the right filters since I was sending them a picture of the system, but they had just one instead of four. But this is not a big problem.
Right from the start they were saying this equipment is old and I should consider replacing. I told them I know it is not the newest, but still works good. I had two companies testing water a year ago and they both said it still works very good. It was just a time for filter change so I decided to give a Angel water a try, since they have good reviews and were close by.
Without asking me, they opened a water softener cover and started doing some adjusting to it. I was right next to them.
They finished and left. Next day after their visit my basement was flooded and the water was coming out of water softener salt compartment!
I called Angel and they sent someone next morning to take a look. Right from the start I wanted to find out what caused the leak, but he started cleaning out basement and told me when he is done he will take a look.
I the meantime I was calling their office to get their insurance telephone number and policy # and they told me to contact my insurance company. So I did, but my ins was surprised why they want me to claim my insurance if they should have provide their own especially in this situation.
Once again I called their office to ask for insurance and their general manager was in the meeting once again.
Finally the person cleaning our basement told us water softener broke due to age and they will not provide us with their insurance. And the fact this happened right after their visit was just a coincidence...
Shortly after this, general manager called me and said once again, they'll not provide their insurance for this and they can try to help any other way possible...and he offered to leave blowing fan in the basement for the time being!
So all I got is I paid for the service $149 + $18 for one filter and flooded basement (with salt water) with no coverage from Angel Water. We will now have to hire an attorney go move forward with this situation. The water was salty and it damaged our concrete floor sealant in the basement, so on top of replacing the water softener we have to cover that as well. Not to mention about all the goods that got wet and many of them damaged.
From what I heard, they also provide installations for Costco water systems.
Be aware !

Scheduling is worse than Comcast with these guys. 4 hour window and even on the phone they cannot do anything about it to make it more transparent. But when you give them your phone number at Costco, they are super quick to show up at your house to make a sale without the 4 hour window.

My Reverse Osmosis system was not working. The filters needed to be changed and I did not know how to change them. Called Angel Water and they sent Kyle to my home. Kyle changed all the filters (5) and showed me how. This was definitely Reverse Osmosis 101. Kyle and the service I received from Angel Water is the best. Thanks so much, Kyle, and Angel water.
