100% DON'T CALL! Not only did they give us a runaround for 3 hours but then they never showed up because they were ""stuck in traffic."" Didn't know LA to Burbank was a 2.5 hour drive. Also, they have created multiple pages to hide the bad review and keep trying to bury bad reviews also. The last time someone in our building called them, they said the plumber showed up faded. Do not call.

This company is really good. Santiago is pleasant and knowledgeable about almost any plumbing problem. I have been very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get to the bottom of your plumbing problem and getting it fixed in the right way. This company is the primary plumber of our condos and town houses community, but their service is just not where it needs to be. We keep calling them about repetitive leaks on pipes they keep repairing, seems like they are in the business of making sure they keep things not properly repaired in order to guaranty themselves a minimum amount of work to be performed every month at our location.
Not to mention that their prices are extremely high, which I would not complain about if the quality of work was there.

Currently actively working with the Board to have them replaced or at least not being our primary plumber.

Called about a sewage ejection pump system in a house we were going to buy. The guy who answered the phone connected me to specialist in these pumps named Santiago who spoke to me for several minutes and gave great advice. He couldn't have been nicer or more informative or less pushy. Very impressed.

Had a toilet backup on me in the middle of the night and called Angel Plumbers. It was really late and i didn't think anyone would answer but they did and got a plumber out to me within 60 min. They go try mainline all cleared up and showed me that I have a problem with my mainline and needed to get it repaired. Those darn roots got into my pipe a broke right through. Richardo the nice tech gave me a few options on what needed to be done and it sounded reasonable so the fallowing day they came back and did a fantastic job fixing my main sewer line. Wonderful service from the office to the plumbers. I won't call anyone else in the future regarding plumbing.

Terrific service and friendly techs. They arrived on time and were very clean. They did the job at the original price offered and didn't try to upset me on any unneeded repairs. Will use them again in the future.

Would NEVER recommend Angel Plumbing. Have had three terrible experiences:

1) Left kitchen pipe open when replacing and entire kitchen was flooded; had to have entire floor replaced

2) Did not repair wall after ripping it open to fix pipes under kitchen sink; allowed entry of roaches that had to be exterminated; had to have walls fixed on our own

3) When repairing pipes for one area of condo complex, turned off water to our unit with NO NOTICE; asked for water to be turned back on for 15 minutes to finish getting ready for work and they refused. Even though they turned water off and then waited for 15 minutes for homeowner to move their car so work could be done.

RUDE - INCONSIDERATE - JUST NOT THAT GOOD.

I've been meaning to write this review for some time now (sorry!)

Last month we were having some toilet issues at our house. Anyway, I gave a few places a call and they weren't very communicative. Then I was referred to Angel's plumbing and I'm so glad that happened! Angel was super friendly and sent out one of his guys that same day and had the job done in just a few hours. I loved how easy the communication was and his fair prices. Very good quality plumber. I would recommend Angel to anybody!

Needs to address incidents of sexual harassment made by an associate of theirs immediately. This company has not done anything about harassing a friend of mine and it's completely unacceptable. Never used this business and never will because of their behavior.

I haven't used their services but I have been out walking my dog on the street and the person driving their truck stop in traffic in order to whistle at me through their window. Sexual harassment is disgusting and the fact that you feel comfortable doing it in your company vehicle is appalling.
