Don't look past ALL of the bad reviews about them - because they're true. Our HOA uses Angel so we decided it couldn't hurt to call them.

They no-showed my original appointment time because ""something more important"" (verbatim) came up - but it didn't warrant a phone call from them to let me know that. Or that they were still planning to come, just 3-4 hours later. I had to call and ask if they're still planning to come and they couldn't have cared less that I left work to come home and wait for them.

We rescheduled to later in the day and when they no-showed AGAIN I called them to cancel. No surprise whoever answered gave me a rude reply and hung up.

They're argumentative, condescending, unprofessional and a waste of time. Don't waste your time with them. We won't ever again.

Angel Plumbers were very helpful during an emergency on a Saturday night when it was tough to find help. They helped that night big time and came back Monday as planned, on time, and did a great job from start to finish. I recommend them highly.

This is my first review for Angel Plumbers, but my fourth time working with them, specifically Santiago. After my initial call to explain my need, the office contacted me a couple of hours later to apologize for Santiago's delay due to an emergency at another location. Damien was courteous and provided another time window which worked.

My experience with Santiago has always been outstanding and yesterday was no different as he arrived a little early (within the updated window) ready to go. He quickly assessed the issue and clearly articulated the source of the problem as we walked through the maze of shared pipes in my underground garage shared with ten other homeowners. As in the past, his explanation was thorough and appreciated as he educated me on what to look out for with regard to future leaks.

I am grateful to Santiago and Angel Plumbers as they do a stellar job of resolving issues and providing peace of mind, and at the end of the day, isn't that what you really want from a 5-star plumber!

Company is a rip off and tries to take advantage of women! Wanted to charge 2K for a hydrojet! Had another company come out for $850 on a hydrojet called Leading Edge Plumbing! Funny thing was it wasn't even the jetting that was the problem! Cost me $249 to fix. This company is a rip off!

Highest recommendation. Smart. Clear communicators. Caring. Thorough. Honest. We first chanced upon Santiago and Richardo when our pool deck drains all failed during a wet winter in 2005 and water backed up flooding back into our home. They impressed us then with their innovative use of TECHNOLOGY to visually diagnose the problem with camera snakes -- and then pinpoint the location of our blockage with radio sensors. This tech allowed them to show us clearly and undeniably the extent of our problem and budget a solution (it was big!) before digging a single shovel of dirt. These BROTHERS are lovely, trustworthy technology nerds. And we live them for it. Since that success we call on them for projects large and small. We're in a new house but had another major drain issue in our laundry room. Santiago was able to SHOW ME using camera snakes EXACTLY where the break was -- before I agreed to let them jackhammer thru our laundry room floor. But I said yes in complete confidence that it was the correct assessment of our problem -- and the only reasonable course of action. ZERO ANXIETY that I was being played -- it was Santiago clearly and plainly SHOWING ME on a screen what was going in under our floors. CALL THEM for every BIG problem. And trust them with the small stuff. They will make sure its done right.

100% DON'T CALL! Not only did they give us a runaround for 3 hours but then they never showed up because they were ""stuck in traffic."" Didn't know LA to Burbank was a 2.5 hour drive. Also, they have created multiple pages to hide the bad review and keep trying to bury bad reviews also. The last time someone in our building called them, they said the plumber showed up faded. Do not call.
