I called Andy's plumbing to get a quote on turning my fireplace into a propane fireplace he came out looked it over and said he would call me with a quote never heard from him again tried to call him 3 different times but he did not call back no stars it would not post unless I added stars it shows 1 star but I don't think they deserve any stars

Okay first of all, I am NOT a difficult customer. Especially when he comes to things around the house--I know basically nothing about it, so I'm very thankful for help! So when our toilets starting backing up Sunday & our sinks/shower wouldn't drain, I was super happy that Andy's Plumbing said they could have someone out in 20 minutes when I called Monday. So I ran home to meet them, & these guys (I think Brandon & Blake) that came out were great--very clean, nice, helpful, knowledgeable,... I raved about them &bwas sure I'd be a repeat customer. Buttttt, then water started pooling in the floor (away from the original problem area) the next day. At first, I thought kids had spilled water or something & cleaned it up & went on. Then yesterday, I realized it was getting bigger & in another spot in another room also. So I started calling Andy's first thing this morning. At first, he said someone would come out & look at it. A little later, he said no one would be able to come out until the following Monday (4 days from now, a week from their original service date). I told him I felt like this was an urgent matter because it was saturating the carpet in two rooms now. He said "Well we can come out when we're done with everyone else, but you'll have to pay after hours pay." So I asked how much that would be: "$187.50 just for me to come out there." So I said I'd just have someone else come out to look at it. He said "Do what you want, let me know if I can help." I responded, "I already tried that." He said "Okay, whatever," & hung up. I have never had such awful service. I don't know if this was the owner or what, but he was so rude & absolutely unwilling to help Wouldn't even come out to SEE if they had caused the problem, much less try to help. So he obviously wasn't the least bit concerned about the integrity of his company's work. Will NEVER use them again & would warn anyone else to stay away also!!!
