He took his time fixing the issue and was able to quickly get a partner out when some additional equipment was needed. We felt like we got a good price, and he even helped us unpack some plants from our car!

I contacted Andy with an emergency situation at a rental property last Thursday in dire need of fixing a pipe as soon as possible as the water was shut off entirely due to a ruptured pipe and tenants needed water back on in a reasonable amount of time. Andy was very responsive, let me know where he was finishing another job and the time he would be there. We negotiated the price over the phone, he showed up when he said he would and fixed the issue. He stayed true to his original price we agreed upon and I haven't had any problems with the area repaired. I will definitely call Andy in the future. Time was of the essence and his standing by his time commitment and price meant a lot.

This guy needs a rudimentary lesson in customer service and communication. Left me and my family hanging for 24 hours with a totally unusable sink. He committed to an appointment he could not make and then I had to contact him multiple times just to be told he was too busy. That includes the morning after he was supposed to have shown up! Absolutely unforgivably awful.
