Professional plumber that knows what he is doing! I was a little nervous because I didn't know how bad the bathroom sink was. Andy, the plumber, was patient with me. Our bathroom sink is in a commercial building from the 1920's that is shared by several people. It was clogged and the pipes looked fused. I was thinking we were going to have to replace pipes, sink and everything. Andy looked at it and looked at the other spaces connected to the sink. After careful evaluation, he said, I truly think you just need a professional snake...
...and he was RIGHT! Phew! The sink is draining well. I was preparing for a bigger project but was happily relieved there was a simpler fix. Because of this, I will definitely contact Andy for all of our building's issues in the future.

Andy was great. Showed up on time. My problem was difficult because the access to the shower was hard because he couldn't go through the back wall. He found a way around that and was able to fix my broken shower in 2 hours. I highly recommend Andy.

Our hot water heater flooded our basement Thursday night and after reading reviews I emailed Andy through Yelp. He was quick to respond and worked around my schedule the next day to install a brand new water heater. Andy himself showed up and was informative explaining what work was needed to get our new water heater installed and up to code. Andy's Plumbing is not some huge plumbing company that send out random people, you can tell that he takes great pride in his work and knows it is his name on the company. I previously called Mike Diamond and the plumber walked off the job in the middle. Andy's was not the cheapest estimate I got but it was well worth the extra after seeing the quality of his work!

I ordered a new washing machine & dryer from Lowe's... they delivered and were about 80% done with install when they saw a super tiny leak, told me to call a plumber, and left.
Found Andy on Yelp & he was here within 10minutes. Andy taped up the hose bibbs and helped me move the new appliances in. Will definitely be keeping his card and happy to recommend him. Thank you!

Andy was fantastic. I had a couple issues going on, one with the kitchen sink, one with the water heater. Andy diagnosed both problems quickly and fixed them with ease. He was on time and reliable and easy and personable to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Andy came out last Sunday to my house to address a plumbing back up. I was not in town i was in fact in New York. So naturally I was very concerned since I was not able to see the damage then and there with my own two eyes. Andy communicated the problem to me in detail over telephone and was able to address the plumbing issue to get it working again. A few days later when i returned home, I asked him to come back out to have a look at the washout near where the problem was. Andy (and his lovely wife Rogelia) came that evening to run a router line back through my mainline pipe. They did not charge me extra for this second trip out. He followed up the next day with a phone call to check in on how the water was running and the drain was working. All in all we really appreciated his level of detail, clarity in communication, and work ethic. He and his wife are two very nice people to boot. I felt very comfortable with his work ethic and fees. I will certainly him calling again

Andy was able to respond to our call to investigate a gas leak on the same day. He briefed us on his plan to determine the scope of the problem, informing us they can be hard to trace in older buildings. He also took care to explain the process he would use to narrow down the possible sources as not to have to do destructive searches unnecessarily.

Andy and his partner Manny worked through a number of gas leak issues and addressed our issue on a reasonable schedule. The cost was moderate, but given the gas company's feedback that the work was done well, we felt good about the outcome.

Andy came to my house on a Sunday, which I really appreciated, and proceeded to take care of my broken water valve and other issues with no problem at all. Fast, efficient and friendly, with very fair prices...what else is there? Top rating!
