I was referred to Andy from my home warranty company, I asked him to go check out a broken hot water heater at my house, it took about 2 weeks for him to go confirm it was broken.

I asked for a professional quote to give to my warranty company and I never heard back from Andy again. Attempted to contact him 3-4 more times and have still not heard anything. I have since found someone else to fix the issue.

We had a plumbing problem late on Saturday afternoon. Call Andy's plumbing they gave us an estimate over the phone and we're at our house in less than an hour. They knew exactly what the problem was and had the repairs done within an hour and a half. They cleaned up everything and even lowered the estimated cost. They did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I have a problem.

Very rude, and very unprofessional. I used once and when He was the first call to use again and I was told he wouldn't be here for hours, and I got a huge window, then I was told
""if You call anyone else, I don't want you business""
""I'm not going to play beat the plumber""
I was abruptly hung up on and people, He was my first call! I wasn't even going to have anyone else out, I don't even know how the phone call took such a turn. Anyway very rude, other than review him so everyone knows how horrible that customer service was I can't do anything about it now but call the next guys and spend my money somewhere else.

Andy came out very late after a long day of helping people with busted pipes just to help us reignite our water heater that we couldn't figure out. He was super professional and kind. He fixed the water heater for us and gave us guidance to help in the future. Both times we have had him come he has done a good job and given us a more than fair price. We won't use anyone else but Andy in the future!

I called late yesterday with burst pipes and water turned off, Andy had me send a picture of what I thought it was and gave me a guestimate through text. I did not need an emergency late night appointment (not sure if he does these) so we set up the appointment for today. He called the next am to ask if he could come earlier than expected. They came, fixed what I thought the issue was, and found two additional ruptured pipes. They were thorough and took the time to fix everything also giving me advice on how to avoid the issues in the future. Really nice guys to work with. Fast, friendly, and very reasonable with their prices. I will call them for any future issues that we run into.

We called Andy's to fix a leaky shower tub spigot. Didn't want to spend a lot as we were selling the house. Andy's showed up within hours of calling and got the job done, rather inexpensive and wish we had done it months earlier. Will definitely keep them in mind when we buy the new house.

My wife and I decided to upgrade our kitchen a little with a new sink and faucet. Being new residents to St John, IN I didn't have a local plumber to call but I saw a recommendation for Andy's Plumbing on the St John facebook page so I called Andy.
He came out the next day and gave me an estimate which was considerably more reasonable than two other plumbers I'd spoken with. After I purchased the new sink and faucet I made another appointment with Andy for installation. He called me about 30 minutes before arrival, which is very considerate in my mind. Upon arrival, he and his assistant set right to work and had the job completed in short order. I found Andy to be reasonably priced, very personable, efficient, neat and an excellent plumber. I'd recommend Andy's Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber.

I called Andy's Plumbing on Friday evening he was able to come out Saturday morning to fix my water heater. He replace the thermal coupling which he thought would solve the issue but it turned out that it was the controller on the front of the water heater. He came back out on Sunday morning to fix it an offered to refund my money since replacing the thermal coupling wasn't the solution or apply the money I gave him for a new water heater. Luckily he went to his truck and found the part that he needed replaced it at no extra charge all on a Sunday. I will definitely keep his number handy

Thank you for coming out so fast and taking care of the issue! You were professional, and I appreciate your honesty in telling me I didn't have to spend the extra money to replace the water heater like the other plumber told me w/o even looking at it...you didn't look at it and gave me the option...so I'm glad you were able to fix the part and save me money.
