I called to make an appointment because the stem broke in my hot water handle of my bath tub faucet. They scheduled me between 12-3. They arrived at 12:01. They disassembled the faucet, took the piece to a local hardware store to find a replacement. Luckily for me they had one. All was completed I under an hour and for the price of $160. Far cheaper than the quote I got from another plumber.

John installed a new hot water heater for us earlier this year and serviced our heating system this week. He is courteous, professional and responsive and makes the time to answer all questions thoroughly including consulting on future jobs.

Their pricing is reasonable and they have earned my trust.

I left a message late last night at Andy's Plumbing & Heating because I noticed a wet spot on my kitchen ceiling. Since my kitchen is directly below the bathroom, I figured that there was a leak.

John and Freddie called me around a quarter to 9 and arrived less than 20 minutes later. They quickly identified the toilet sealant as the culprit and resealed it in about 20 minutes. They didn't mind me watching and asking questions while they did the job, so I could learn about these things myself. In addition to their responsiveness, professionalism, and reasonable price, they gave me a 2 year warranty in case the toilet leaks again. They cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly. I paid with a check so I'm not sure if they accept credit cards.

I would use Andy's Plumbing & Heating again!

Great guy, great service! Andy came out to fix a clogged drain in my kitchen. Although it turned out to be a more serious problem, Andy was able to fix it in no time at a very reasonable price. He even cleaned up afterwards! Will definitely be calling him again!

I would love to give them a rating based on their actual work, but unfortunately their customer service is horrible. I left 2 messages, 2 days in a row, with their answering service and never received a phone call back to schedule my service. They must not need my business. Moving on to someone else. Oh well.

Andy came out to clear my main storm drain that runs from my gutters to the sewer system. Got the job done in under an hour and charged a fair price. Very nice guy.

Turns out that the plumbers while very friendly clearly did not fix the real problem, which after looking at the layout of my bathroom was quite obvious (also my bad). My husband called them to come back out and they decided not charge us for the previous work. They gave us a new estimate, which my husband called several times about to schedule. We finally just gave up and went with another company.

These guys are the real deal. Have had them out to the house twice, once to fix a leaky pipe, the other to fix a burst garden hose and to get a condensation line to the sewer up to code while putting an S-Trap on it. Both times when I called, I was able to reach someone right away, they showed up when they said they would, were courteous, respectful, helpful, and did a great job.

Recently bought a house in the area and had some items on our inspection that needed fixing in the plumbing department. Andy came out to the house and walked through everything with us, let us know which ones we could fix on our own, which needed to be done ASAP - we had a ticking timebomb of a water heater - and which we could start on our own and he could come finish up. We took all of his advice, two weeks later we brought him back, it was two other guys but they were just as friendly and helpful. Super sweet to my puppy which always wins me over. They did the job perfectly and charged us a very fair price. Very happy customers over here and will be going to them with all of our plumbing needs in the future.

The Mutt Office was in a huge jam this winter and these guys came to the rescue. They were there in a quick time frame and assessed the situation thoroughly and got to work. The job was complete and all went very well! I was more than pleased with the work they did and then they even returned to do more work one day and I left the key for them to get in. I trusted them THAT much! These guys are the best around. I highly recommend them to you!
