Annette R.Our disposal needed work, and Frattin Plumbing sent plumber Rico Wallace to fix it. Turned out that the problem no longer was there, but Rico explained what had probably happened. I asked Rico about whole house water softeners and he explained those - what we probably want and what we do not need. He suggested my husband and I watch a YouTube video about whole house water softeners so we will do that, and will proceed with the whole house water softener and add an instant hot tap at the kitchen faucet. My understanding/comfort level has increased greatly. We look forward to having Frattin Plumbing and Rico Wallace do the installs and anything else that comes up. I highly recommend. Just an aside - my dogs liked Rico too!
