I cannot say enough about the good folks at Andy's Place Plumbing. I had a clogged kitchen faucet that needed attention. I called them because I have heard many good things and they lived up to their reputation! Not only were they prompt, but they answered my questions and concerns and quickly diagnosed and repaired my faucet. Frank did excellent work and Dave provided expertise and answers about a tankless water heater option when our water heater tank needs replacement. Andy takes pride in quality work and excellent customer service. First rate!

I have used Andy's on a number of occasions. The result has always been 5 Star.
This last call was for a water leak that had flooded our dining room and was first noticed at 10:45 PM. I called to leave a message and got a live person - the owner - who proceeded to be at our home bright and early the next morning. Our home is 30 years old, we are the second owner, and the original design for home and irrigation lines needed to be fixed. They worked diligently til all was working OK the next day. They even referred us to a carpet person to remove the carpet, suck up the standing water beneath, and dry out the sub-floor. For as long as I live in area I will rest easy with any plumbing work because Andy's is there!

Dave & Val (and the rest of the Andy's team) are great! It's such a relief to have a trustworthy, dependable resource located locally in Santa Paula. As I'm sure you know, plumbing emergencies can happen no matter what time it is or on a weekend or holiday! The Andy's Plumbing crew has definitely gone above and beyond for me every time, from preventative maintenance to emergency service. If you're looking for a reliable local option - give them a call!

Taking advantage of Santa Paula's elderly, my family has used this place for many years however yesterday my 97 yr old Grandma decided to call in for her bathroom sink because it was clogged and apparently still is clogged .. so ""Ramirez"" decided to charge her for a brand new faucet and ""screwed"" in her vanity & cabled line the sink.. I've attached photos of their work for proof and the receipt as well so I call today after noticing that the sink is still clogged and the faucet and vanity were not installed correctly only to get an answer that they have no idea what I'm talking about and they are closed until Monday .. so why even answer the phone .. now she has to wait until Monday if they even call me back.. beware elderly folks of Santa Paula if you call in for a clogged sink it's going to cost you $300 of the $700 you receive a month from social security for work that is unnecessary & incomplete.. very disappointed in your service and lack of customer service .. not to mention they offered to do side work to ""fix"" her home of unneeded repairs .. CROOKS!

Thank you to Andy's plumbing for coming out and installing new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. It really makes a big difference in the look of our kitchen and I'm so happy! The installer was professional and efficient with his time. The pricing was fair. We have used this company for several projects in the last 5 years and the problem always gets fixed. The best! Honest, upfront with costs, reasonable rates, I now have a plumbing service I can rely on. Dave just finished a big project for us; main sewer line replacement and a few other things. Dave and Val were very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend Dave and Andy's plumbing!!

I called Andy's Plumbing to check out a leak in my shower, I told the young man that I think it might need some caulking done. He told me it was the plastic strip at the bottom of the shower door needed to to be wider, he said I could buy one at the hardware store. So I did leak was still there so I called back, the same young man came to check it again and he still insisted it was the plastic. He told me that he is to expensive to re grout the shower. I caulk it myself and problem solved. I will never use or recommend Andy's Plumbing to anyone.

They serviced our back flow device a few times. We have a protective lock on our device to protect us from theft, and one time they just sent us a bill without even making any attempt to contact us for the access code. When I called them, they said ""Oh we couldn't get into it."" And I said ""So you just sent me a bill for nothing?"" They then went back and took care of it but not without me having to ask.

The second time, they serviced it and complained about the need for a code. We gave it to them again and this time they charged more than the previous time and did not notify us of any increases before doing the testing. I provided them with the previous bill and they corrected it.

This year, I called for a different plumbing question and the woman answered as if I was interrupting her day or something, and did not realize it was a business call. After I asked the question, and identified the property, she said ""Oh and by the way, you need to find someone else to take care of the back flow device. Its too complicated to get into it with the code and everything.""

It seems to me like this is a very unprofessional company and that they pick and choose what jobs to work on and their pricing is inconsistent. I do not find the woman that supposedly runs the place to be courteous in the slightest and would highly suggest finding a company that more customer service oriented and responsive.

Try Leo's Plumbing. They always answer back quickly and with courtesy and respect, and without the attitude!
