Blaine is a fantastic plumber and a great guy. He is responsive, knows his stuff, and works really well to a budget. He never tries to upsell or carry out unnecessary work. And he continues working on an issue until he makes sure it is fixed.
Absolutely great experience working with Blaine from Andys Plumbing. I had to change the valve to my washer and Blaine did a great job. He was super responsive and very professional, he explained thouroughly what needed to get done. I definitely recommend this Company!
Our sewage pump broke we needed a affordable plumber fast. Blaine responded right away and came out the very next morning. He was super knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was fast and efficient! He's is not only a super nice guy but the best plumber in the city!
Nata B.Service was amazing. I thought we had a big problem but Blaine (new owner of the Company) came over to check it out and diagnosed the issue in no time. He fixed our issue on same day at a very reasonable price.
He is by far the best plumber I have hired. He even took the time to explain and show me what he was fixing along the way and cleaned up after. Bottom line, he is outstanding. A gentleman. Knows everything there is to know in the plumbing business. Highly professional, extremely courteous, prompt and always had a smile on his face. Loved his work ethic and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work done. Haven't had great service like this in ages. Loved having him here and would definitely use his services again. Thank you so much.
Blaine did a great job fixing a problem nobody else could. I highly recommend Andy's plumbing and the rates are very affordable. Two thumbs up!
Athena Z.Wow, wow, wow!!
Reliability, friendliness, responsiveness, and qualified professionals can be hard to come by these days, but Andy's Plumbing checked all the boxes for me.
The work I requested was to replaced the oven/range gas supply valve. He was very thorough as to ensure proper installation and safety from any type of gas leak.
Blaine was also easy to work with and has fair prices!
Tina T.The owner of the company is Blaine, and he has got to be the nicest, most reliable, reasonable ""get it done right"" no matter if it takes longer and no extra charges, professional Plumber in the history of San Diego!!!!!
Blaine removed our old dishwasher and replaced it with our new one. Oh, and BTW he hauled away our old one (extra$) but well worth it!
He's a busy guy, but give him a call when you need plumbing work, you won't regret it!!!
Had a broken toilet valve that was leaking a ton of water, 24/7. Not onto the floor, so it wasn't an emergency, but it was going down the drain and needed to be addressed. Blaine from Andy's Plumbing came the next morning and fixed it in half an hour for a very reasonable charge. Andy's Plumbing will absolutely be my first call plumber from now on. Recommended without hesitation.
I hired Andy to do a pretty big and pretty complex plumbing job in December 2020 and I highly, highly recommend him. He replumbed/retrofitted/repaired the entire plumbing system on a 100 year old house in North Park that I'd just purchased. Over the years, various ""fixes"" of dubious quality had been done, and a lot of the plumbing was still original but leaking and at the end of its life. This isn't the kind of job that I think just any plumber could tackle, and I interviewed 4 different plumbing outfits before hiring Andy (and his price was right in the middle of the range). What impressed me about him was his knowledge and practical attitude: he was able to work with the situation at hand, repurpose what didn't need fixing, and didn't break the bank, but brought what needed addressing up to a highly reliable level. He spend a lot of time explaining his assessment and his solutions, and offering the pros and con's of various options (when we had them!). He never at any point tried to upsell me. I can't say enough about how happy I was to have worked him -- I'm confident it was a job well done, and for a fair price. On top of that, he is a very straightforward, courteous and professional tradesperson (he and his crew). If you get him for a small repair, you are lucky, and if you need him for a big job, you'll be in great hands.
Pete W.Wow. I found Andy at Lowes; his vehicle was parked outside with the business name on it and something just clicked. Maybe it was the name ""Andy"" -- have you ever met an Andy you didn't like? But mostly I have been worked over by some plumbing contractors (you know who you are!) with recommendations for things I don't need, and with high prices for basic installs like a bath faucet. So now that I have had Andy do work for me twice, I can safely say he is extremely cost effective and he is now my plumber of choice. I have a 1929 house so I'm going to need him a bit, that's part of life in an old house. Some things beyond the excellent price are his service -- he takes the time to explain what he is doing (or not doing because it's beyond his scope). Finally, the neatness of this guy is incredible. He rolls out thick painters cloth from the doorway to where he is working (for me it's been the kitchen) That way he doesn't scuff my hardwood floors or get dirt in the house. Need I say more?
