Had a broken toilet valve that was leaking a ton of water, 24/7. Not onto the floor, so it wasn't an emergency, but it was going down the drain and needed to be addressed. Blaine from Andy's Plumbing came the next morning and fixed it in half an hour for a very reasonable charge. Andy's Plumbing will absolutely be my first call plumber from now on. Recommended without hesitation.

I hired Andy to do a pretty big and pretty complex plumbing job in December 2020 and I highly, highly recommend him. He replumbed/retrofitted/repaired the entire plumbing system on a 100 year old house in North Park that I'd just purchased. Over the years, various ""fixes"" of dubious quality had been done, and a lot of the plumbing was still original but leaking and at the end of its life. This isn't the kind of job that I think just any plumber could tackle, and I interviewed 4 different plumbing outfits before hiring Andy (and his price was right in the middle of the range). What impressed me about him was his knowledge and practical attitude: he was able to work with the situation at hand, repurpose what didn't need fixing, and didn't break the bank, but brought what needed addressing up to a highly reliable level. He spend a lot of time explaining his assessment and his solutions, and offering the pros and con's of various options (when we had them!). He never at any point tried to upsell me. I can't say enough about how happy I was to have worked him -- I'm confident it was a job well done, and for a fair price. On top of that, he is a very straightforward, courteous and professional tradesperson (he and his crew). If you get him for a small repair, you are lucky, and if you need him for a big job, you'll be in great hands.

Wow. I found Andy at Lowes; his vehicle was parked outside with the business name on it and something just clicked. Maybe it was the name ""Andy"" -- have you ever met an Andy you didn't like? But mostly I have been worked over by some plumbing contractors (you know who you are!) with recommendations for things I don't need, and with high prices for basic installs like a bath faucet. So now that I have had Andy do work for me twice, I can safely say he is extremely cost effective and he is now my plumber of choice. I have a 1929 house so I'm going to need him a bit, that's part of life in an old house. Some things beyond the excellent price are his service -- he takes the time to explain what he is doing (or not doing because it's beyond his scope). Finally, the neatness of this guy is incredible. He rolls out thick painters cloth from the doorway to where he is working (for me it's been the kitchen) That way he doesn't scuff my hardwood floors or get dirt in the house. Need I say more?

Andy did a great job fixing our outdoor spigot, and replacing multiple faucets in our bathrooms. He was on time, and kept our home clean/protected (including COVID safety). The pricing was up-front and there were no surprise costs. On top of it, Andy's just a really nice, professional guy. We highly recommend Andy!!!

You can tell a good contractor by how they respond when you need to have them come back and fix something. We called Andy and he was very diligent to respond to our request. He was conscientious to test every possibility and find the actual source of our problem. As it turned out it wasn't anything that he had done but completely another issue that was causing the problem. Not only is Andy a good contractor, clean , respectful but he is a admirable and kind person.

I went to about three other plumbers before I was I referred to Andy from a Dry Wall Contractor. I figured why not, I already tried three other big plumbing companies near me, one more couldn't hurt. Andy came over and started his walk through of the job. He is very patient and cognitive. He give me a quote for a high level outline for the job. The quote was about 1/2 of some of the big companies. I was worried at first because of the big price difference, but figured from his reviews and license he would be a good quality contractor. He started the job and did the work. The work was moving a water heater tank, installing a utility sink, cutting some gas lines. With each task in the job there were details that required extra effort. For the water tank he had to manage the air vent, for the water lines on the sink he had to break through the dry wall find the drain to connect to and manage what the original piping mistakes that the home builders did. For the gas lines he recessed them into the wall to give a professional look. I can go on and on about the top quality work he does and how he gives the look you want for your home. The look being he hide the plumbing lines in the ceiling for me, and behind the wall. He is the person you want to work with, he is the person you want to recommend. He is professional, and by this I mean he will take a job and tell you everything he needs to do to complete the job, he will communicate the progress of the job as well as any impact his work will have on the home/building, he will give you options to choose from and give you supportive advice for the decision you make regardless of the cost associated with the work. Hire him for your plumbing jobs, you will be grateful you did and also motivated to write a positive review for him.

My outdoor spicket started gushing and I couldn't stop it. I contacted Andy and he was great. He setup an appointment after hours and came right over. He's so friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue promptly and life is back to normal. He is my plumber for life. I plan to have him install new toilets next month.

Andy was highly recommended through my wife's co-worker. His repairs were top notch and even recommended improvements on previous work performed by someone else. He is a honest business owner and his pricing is extremely competitive. He will be our go-to guy for any of our future plumbing needs. Thank you Andy!

Honest and great work. Had him do a job for us and was very prompt on time and trustable.

I contacted Andy's Plumbing to clean out storm drains and sewer lines at a rental house I'd just moved back into. Andy is a consummate professional in that he confirmed the appointment and showed up when he said he would. He completed the job efficiently and charged a reasonable amount for his work. If you want a great job done by a great honest guy, I would highly recommend Andy and would definitely call him again to fix any plumbing issue.
