Vick (also goes by Vahe) installed 2 toilets for me. Hauled away the old toilets. Did great work, gave me a great price, and left the place thoroughly clean. Also - he is a good guy, pleasant to talk with.

This plumber tried to charge me $650 just
to install an adapter on my sink faucet for
a washer. When I mentioned that another
plumber quoted only $100 for the same
job, he responded in a condescending and
rude manner, telling me to go to the other
plumber instead. I strongly recommend
avoiding this individual at all costs. Completely
unprofessional and overcharges for simple
tasks.
He also lied in his counter-review on Thumbtack after I shared the truth about him. He claimed he had explained everything, but he didn't; he just tried to overcharge me. When I called him out, he dismissed me and told me to go to someone else, as you can see in the screenshot. Do not work with this man. After that, he continued harassing me, sending me 10 messages demanding I take down my review.

Hello:

I write so that other's may know that Andy's Plumbing really worked out for me and, to think, I found the company randomly when I desperately needed a seasoned plumber to respond to a gas leak found by the gas company.

It was last Sunday afternoon and I smelled a hint of gas inside the house. I called the gas company and a workman was promptly sent out. He confirmed there was a leak, shut off and sealed my gas line and it seemed I was stuck.

I was stuck because it was late on a Sunday and Thanksgiving at my house was going to take place in just a few days. With the stove off, how would the Thanksgiving meal possibly be prepared? Also, would any plumber be available to address the issue with a huge four day weekend coming.

I went on line and I luckily found tis company. Vic, an owner, came out immediately and he worked diligently and professionally until after 11pm Sunday evening and, just as he promised, he was back early the next morning, along with a helper, Walter. Not only did they fix the oven gas leak, but also found multiple other gas leaks when inspecting the numerous gas pipes visible in the basement of our near-100-year-old home.

Vic and Walter and a couple more helpers knew that I needed the job done before Thanksgiving with enough time to enable the gas company to come out, inspect the work and turn on the gas.

Voila!! The gas company guy just said all is well and Vic and Walter stayed tonight until 11pm to put everything back and make sure everything was just as they found it.

I feel lucky to have found Vic and his team and Andy's Plumbing (be careful, there ear other Andy plumbers out there---do a search for this one's phone number). From now on, Vic will be my plumber and when a friend asks whether I know or use a great plumber, my answer will be, ""yes, call Vic.""

And, the price? Reasonable for all the work done and the dedication that was given.

Vick was very prompt in responding and was able to fix our problem in less than one hour - clogged drain. He was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Vick was professional and overall he did a great job in getting my sink working again.
