Bottom line up front: It is, quite literally, never going to be a cheap outing to have a plumber make repairs. However, the ease of booking, quality of communication, and effectiveness of Andy's Pipe Dream was all good in my book.

I do find the prices plumbers (and I mean all plumbers here) set to be about 20% too high, especially after I've tackled some of the projects and they just don't line up to the quotes, so I'll get that out of the way. However, they were there to provide a free estimate which is rare in the plumbing world, and has me leaning towards making them my go-to in the future.

I was about to be traveling and didn't have the bandwidth to replace the garbage disposal. Add in some added complications with replacing ours, mainly electrical, and that's when I bow out and defer to the experts. This company was wonderful with ease of booking, communication, and the tech himself.

He walked me through everything, gave me solid options (lower end replacement, mid-range, and upper), and got the work done quickly. The warranty on the garbage disposal is an impressive eight years which means we can call them at any point, for any issue, and they'll fix or replace which is nice.

They were also very available, getting to us quick and it just seems like a well-run operation. Props to the Andy's team for being set up so well, but I hope I don't have to call them anytime soon!

Don was friendly, courteous, professional, and honest. I highly recommend both him and Andy's Pipe Dream Plumbing--they're both local!

This morning I had a pipe burst and it caused flooding in my kitchen and basement. After I shut off the water to my house, the next thing I did was call Andy's Pipe Dream figuring I wouldn't be able to get anyone out soon. I was wrong, they scheduled for 4-6pm and then a couple of hours later, I received another call if they could come sooner. I happily agreed. When they arrived, it was determined what went wrong and where and how to resolve. I received a quote and had them start the work. It was fixed promptly and then the final bill was less. I like good surprises like that.

This is then second time I've used them and they are my goto for plumbing needs from now on.

The service and quality is very good. However if you are cost conscious or have a basic job to do, be aware that his prices are outrageous. I had his team out to replace a log lighter bar in my fireplace. Cost was $567 for 3 hours labor. I asked them to break out labor and material and I got a runaround. Their cost to replace a garbage disposal, labor only, is around $225 for a 1 hour job. Contact a handyman next time.

I couldn't be more pleased with the responsiveness and the service. I was looking for a local smaller company rather than the big guys who charge way too much. I called on a Friday morning, and Andy answered the phone himself. I didn't consider my plumbing problem to be an emergency, but Colton was at my house within an hour. I had a drain line leak in my basement where some makeshift DIY plumbing work was done by the previous owner some 25 years ago. Colton investigated and solved the problem, clearing out the drain line under the concrete floor, and fixed one of the problems created by the previous owner. He kept me advised of the costs every step of the way. And the cost was very reasonable! I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Had a couple of clogged sinks- Kitchen and bathroom.
Set up an appointment with Andy's via the Yelp app, and sure enough, within in the designated time frame the following business day, they showed up, handled the clogs, and were on their way.
The techs were personable and knowledgeable and most importantly, considerate of time.
They cleaned up afterwards and we didn't have any messes to handle after they left.
Definitely recommended.

I have nothing but praise for this company; they know how to do it right. When you call in, you speak to someone who is friendly and helpful; you feel like they really want to help.

When the plumber/technician came out, fortunately it was the same young man who had been out previously to give me some estimates on a variety of work that I was considering having done. I felt confident that he would be up to handling the challenges of working on 60 year old pipes.

Merrik was on time (actually the earlier end of the 2 hour window), and pleasant despite the rain. He was professional, thorough, and got the job done (augering out a clog in a bathroom sink). I asked a lot of questions, and he answered them. I was so impressed with his great customer service (sometimes rare in someone his age).

Sadly, this is the first positive plumbing experience that I have had. I would highly recommend Andy's Pipe Dream

Mike Strutton was my technician and he was fantastic. Excellent communicator, punctual, respectful, skilled and thorough from beginning to end, even double checking work before concluding.

I appreciate the email and text notifications from Andy's Pipe Dream. I knew who was coming (with photos) and when. Their fees are very reasonable. They're my first call for all my plumbing needs.
