We have used Andy's Pipe Dream for several issues and all have been resolved quickly and professionally. Had new hot water heater installed, kitchen sink drain unclogged, roof vent pipe leak repaired, shower drain fixed and toilet reset after previous plumber did not install properly. Will continue to use and recommend Andy's Pipe Dream!

Andy's Pipe Dream and Chad, in particular, exceeded every expectation (and I generally have very high expectations!). Arrived just a few hours after I called and right on time. Needed to fix a leak under the kitchen sink and I was anticipating some type of expensive problem. Chad immediately found that the faucet gasket just needed to be tightened. They stayed a few extra minutes to confirm that this was the only problem and that the problem was totally solved. Total time 30-40 minutes to diagnose, fix and confirm. And to wrap up the work on a high point, they only charged the $49 service fee. We will definitely use Andy's in the future.

Andy's was great to work with. I called them mid morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. Chad the technician was on time and was very pleasant to work with. He repaired our kitchen sink, installed two faucets and fixed a leak we had in our basement. We were pleased with his work and would use Andy's again.

I called Andy's Pipe Dream early on 12/2/16, they were able to make it out the same day, Impressive. Once the technician got to my home to troubleshoot a leak going to my basement ceiling he said he wasn't sure. Would remove my toilet for $274 or would cut a hole in my wall for $255. These charges were just to TRY and diagnose a cause. I ended up paying the $49 trip charge and sent the technician on his way. Rip Off!
Another plumber (Citadel Piping) came out on Saturday, 12/3/16 and charged me $105, he diagnosed the problem, cut out a small hole in my wall and repaired the copper pipe leak.

It is refreshing to have a company that strives for great service! As with a lot of plumbing issues, time was of the essence. I called and talked with a very pleasant lady, and told her what my issue was. She said someone would call me back shortly. Shortly, was within 2 minutes!! Chad was great. He had someone finishing a job and could get someone to my Moms house within 30- 45 minutes. Pat came within 30 minutes. He was very professional and got the job done perfectly. They even gave my Mom a senior citizen discount! I thought pipe dreams were unattainable...Andy's was very attainable!

Andy's Pipe Dream did a great job. They responded extremely quickly service technician at our home within 3 hours of our call. Chad was our plumber, he was extremely punctual, and went above and beyond what I expected. Chad even helped us solve a second low water pressure issue that wasn't even part of the scope of work. They did a great job, were very reasonably priced, and were clean and respectful of our home. I would gladly use them again in the future.

We had a huge water leak overnight from somewhere in our master bathroom into the garage below. Almost the whole garage ceiling was wet and dripping onto the cars. They were able to send Chad out in about 1/2 hour of my phone call (no emergency extra charge) and the dude guessed exactly where in the ceiling the leak was at and found it on his first cut into the drywall. Sweet! We don't have a Swiss cheese garage selling! He was able to fix the leak and was on his way in about an hour. Now I just have to deal with getting everything dried out before mold and rot set in. (See my review of Power Dry).

Great plumbing service! Can't say enough. Andy was very responsive in email and text throughout the process, and also very flexible since we had other jobs going on that necessitated changing our appointment times. Chad, the plumber who came out, was very knowledgeable and patient when addressing our questions. He called ahead and showed up on time and worked diligently while on site. He exuded confidence and honesty in proposing solutions to our issues of water pressure and under sink reconfiguration of pipes. I will definitely make this business my go-to for all plumbing needs. You should too!

I have used Andy's Pipe Dream five or six times now. They are always able to get Chad out within a day or two, and he does great work. Most recently I had him out to adjust my bathtub spout which was pulling away from the tile. I have also had him repair my hot water heater, replace a bathtub trap, remove old gas pipe, and more. No matter the task Chad takes care of it.
