I am not even them 1 star it would be negative 10. First call out was great then it went down hill. I sent pictures and they said they would send someone out to fix shoddy issues. So guess what they sent out the same person who created issues. So end result the issues were not fixed. I also sent pictures in after the supposed repairs. Nothing was fixed. The bosses didn't even apologize. Do not use!!!

I live in Chattanooga TN. We have used Andy On Call in the past and recently had some more extensive home repairs and ceiling fans replaced. Drew Hall was polite and on time and patiently explained what he was doing. When one of the ceiling fans had a factory problem and needed to be returned, he helped box it back up for the trip back to the store. Great customer service!

I have used Andy OnCall for several years for various projects. They always do excellent work at a decent price. They guarantee their work. I haven never run into any problems. They are very responsive and easy to work with. They are the first I call for home repairs.

Would not use Handy Andy Of Chattanooga ever again. Called to schedule someone to come give me a estimate of some home improvements. The contractor didn't show up on time and called me 3 hours later. Tried giving them the benefit of doubt and called back to have another contractor through them to come back out and give me an estimate. They did show up on time but the estimate they gave me seemed astronomical. Decided then to get another quote from Handy Man Connection 423-954-3002. They showed up on time and quoted me 65 percent less including all parts and labor than Handy Andy. So glad I decided to get another estimate from someone else.

Love these guys! I have had them come out several times for different types of jobs on a few rental properties I have in Chattanooga. They are fast, reasonably priced and good communicators. They have come out on URGENT calls and also for scheduled calls. I have had them work on numerous types of things from fixing toilets and doors to shoring up foundations. I have on several occasions referred to them as magicians because they are so fast to fix everything on my list. You wont be disappointed.

The contractor was on time and provided a free estimate for the screen door installation. He was professional and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend this company for your handyman needs.

This company gave me a quote for 350 to do a job. They had to come back 3 times to do the job because they had other jobs to do???? Then charged me over 500 to do a simple job. I paid him to get him off my property. Highly unprofessional and sneaky.

I scheduled 2 appointments to meet a contractor for an estimate, both times i was stood up without a phone call or anything. I wouldn't waste my time calling them. they will just stand you up too.

Was very pleased with the gentleman who came out to give me an estimate and his price. When I called to say I chose them to do the job, I was told it would be a couple weeks out, which I was fine with. Except that I had to call to see if I was still on schedule for that week, just to be told it would probably be the following week. I never heard from them. I put an inquiry into them and have still not heard from. I shouldn't have to follow up. They should have the professional courtesy to keep their (potential) customers in the loop. And I have other jobs I need done besides the one. I guess they must be doing that well that they don't care.

Don't waste your time... we contacted this company in hopes of getting a fair price for some bathroom work. They sent out a contractor that came in and did not measure anything...then he didn't even send us the quote until we contacted them asking what was going on. I feel like this is very unprofessional. Then when we did receive a quote it was so ridiculous my husband couldn't help but laugh. I thought that they would offer a different experience than just any contractor. Well I was wrong I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Don't ever trust someone who is that unprofessional.
