Twice the Klein Plumbing and Heating company has taken exceptional care of us. The first time was when our well pump quit working and we had no water. They attacked the problem in some pretty crumby weather and explained our options very clearly.

The second problem occurred with our hot water heater. Andy Klein had a break in his schedule and fixed the problem quickly and honestly. I appreciated it but my wife will appreciate it even more as the outside temperature is headed to zero and she has to work.

We also had a toilet installed but it was done so well and professionally I barely remember it.
