I had the good fortune to call Andy. I would give this man 10 stars if I could, called in aA he was out that PM. Andy even gave me some advice
on how to save some money, took the advice. This man works for himself and is real professional. I got the required work done, it was cost effective and while Andy was waiting me to finish my part of the job
he tackled another job that needed correction. Not only is Andy a great plumber he is nice person, the kind one wants to work and interact with.

Andy has done plenty of work for me in the last few years and always does a great job. He recently did new drain lines for a home sale and ended up knocking of some of the cost due to him finishing quicker than he thought. Very rare to get an honest plumber nowadays! Highly recommend!

I needed to replace my hot water heater and called Andy without hesitation. He had already helped me several times, once in doing an emergency repair to a burst pipe in my garage, and another time just by giving free advice on a kitchen faucet over the phone. Always professional, friendly, reasonably priced and dependable. I recommend him to anyone in my area who needs a plumber. Needless to say the water heater was installed without issue, and the pipe repair several years ago is still doing just fine. A+, always a pleasure to deal with Andy, even if the need for plumbing comes with some unwanted stress. Thank you Andy!

We developed a leak in our hot water tank. In spite of the ice and snow, Andy was out within the hour. He did a great job repairing our hot water tank. Thankfully, it just needed a couple of parts replaced. We didn't need a new hot water tank.

Andy was nice and courteous, initially. 1 star for that. He could not get my drain unclogged with either one of his augers. He worked on the bathtub drain for 10 or 15 minutes and then on my kitchen sink drain for 20 or so. He blamed someone ""intentionally trying to clog the drain"" and an incorrectly installed joint in the concrete (which seems to actually be true.) He said in his 20 years of experience (it says 10 on his website) he had never seen anything like it. He suggested ripping the wall open, or inside the cabinet, and fixing it that way. He sent me an estimate of over a thousand dollars to do that. I hesitated and decided to sleep on it. Boy am I sure glad I did. He charged me $160 and left me with a (still) clogged drain, filled my tub (where the kitchen sink was backing up into), dirtied my bathtub, and left a foot of greasy, standing water. It did seep through eventually. He said, $30 for the fee to come out and half of what the cheaper service he quoted me was. On his way out he said over his shoulder, ""Sorry it didn't work out,"" like a 13 year old boy breaking up with a summer fling. I called Mr. Rooter a week later, as Andy had wasted one of my precious few days off the previous week. I asked them to please unclog my drain without any construction. They said they could do it, and the guy who came out was able to after maybe 20 minutes. It ended up costing $607 to use the water jet machine to unclog and clean my pipes. Worth every penny. I just wish I had my $160 back, but I guess it was a cheap price to pay to get him out of my house. Oh well. Glad I didn't let this guy near my walls or cabinet. Don't call him, just shell out the cash to get a professional to help you. Thanks, Andy.

Andy responded to my warranty claim to fix a leaking toilet in my condo. He called me promptly and scheduled a visit. He wasn't able to find the leak on the the first visit. I called again and told him it was still leaking. He came out again and fixed the leak as well as replaced all my stop gap valves which needed to be replaced. He was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and did a great job. I will definitely use him again.

Andy came out and did a good job installing new plumbing in our basement. Then our septic backed up...thankfully after the bathtub was installed..it could have been worse. So not knowing why it was backing up, we called Andy for help or advise as to what to do and he stated it was his ""family day"" (Saturday, I think) and really had no suggestions. I got it figured out by calling a septic place, we unclogged the baffle and we are good.

I should have left a review much sooner. Like, 6 years ago when he swapped out my hot water heater in my new home. Or one of the times he came out to my house at odd early/evening hours to accommodate my schedule to assess and/or fix various other things like the shower leak. I also called him to look over the pipes in a house I purchased in 2014 after selling my old house. He's prompt, friendly, helpful, skilled and knowledgeable, and I won't call anyone else. Call him.
