We had a new faucet installed with Gus and my wife was thrilled with their professionalism, cleanliness and timeliness. We unfortunately had another unrelated leak and Gus came out the next day and fixed it promptly. We came from using a home warranty without a choice in the vendor and have had such bad experiences we decided to go off warranty and by a friend's recommendation found Gus.

I'm happy with their services and quick follow up. The price for the service was also in the expected range and worth it to me.

Used Andy's Plumbing with a kitchen leak. Gus was recommended by a trusted friend and I was thrilled with the service! I requested him when I called Andy's and they were able to squeeze in an inspection right away in the DTLA area.

We were previously told a bigger job was going to be needed to fix the leak but after a thorough look from Gus and Sergio, they determined a new faucet was all that was needed. I found Andy Castillo Plumbing through the BBB. I spoke with Andy and he sent Gus and Sergio to my home within an hour. They were great! Gus was very clear when explaining the repair and cost estimate.The valve was replaced without issue. They're friendly, considerate and very neat. I will absolutely hire them again and I recommend you do too.

Chose to work with this company after reading reviews on yelp, Angie's list and the BBB. I found water leaking under my washer when I was running laundry and traced the water to the end of the return hose that connects the washer to the house drain on the wall spilling all over the floor. Called Andy and he was able to schedule me the same day. Gus and Sergio came out to assess the problem, they found the obstruction, cleared it, tested the line afterwards to make sure no more obstruction, cleaned up after themselves (including wearing shoe covers which I appreciated), all for a reasonable price. I have an old house which means old drain lines that were not replaced before I bought the house . The right long term solution is to replace the drains which is costly and would require braking slab, flooring etc. Gus gave an honest opinion of how long I can hold it off until and gave different short term options.

I've worked with other plumbers for different issues and jobs. These guys were polite, efficient, mindful not to make a mess or scratch my floors/walls/ appliances and got the job done!

Call Andy Castillo Plumbing to see if my kitchen sink and the sink hook up to the washer to see if there's blockage on my plumbing due to water going down very slowly. Gus came out today and take a look and told me that the pipe hooked up to the washer was a bit small but still works fine and did not see there's a need to run the snake or anything like that. He was very professional, friendly and very honest answering my questions. He also runs a water test on the kitchen sink and did not find any issue w/ it either. Just want to say that I am truly happy to find Andy Castillo Plumbing was honest about the diagnostic of my plumbing and highly recommend them for any plumbing issue.

We needed 3 faucets installed and called Andy Castillo. He sent out Gus to the condo. He showed us that 2 of the faucets had faulty piping but was very helpful in offering solutions and explained everything so that we could understand. Gus didn't rush anything and corrected all the issues that he found. An overall great experience with Gus and Andy Castillo plumbing. We wouldn't hesitate to call them for any plumbing issues and will definitely use them again.
