I wish there was an option for 6 stars+. This company is outstanding! I have used them several times over the years and they have literally saved me every time. They go out of there way to make every experience amazing and comfortable. They have even done the impossible for me. They installed a stove top and a gas line which wasn't part of the plan, the day before thanksgiving. They are amazing. I will never use anyone else. The receptionist, Julie is so helpful and on it and Ryan is probably the most helpful, positive plumber I have ever met.

Stay Far Far Away unless you enjoy being gouged. They came out for what amounted to be a brief repair less than 2 miles from their home base and hammered my property manager for $295. There are many more options and they're not hard to find.

I received a terrible service from this company. I called to get a shower leak fixed. It took the plumber about 15 minutes to fix it, and he charged us $250. My wife was at home when the plumber came and she paid the bill, so I don't know if it is because she is a woman that he felt like he could rip her off.

I called to complain about the overcharging and they told me their service fee was $250. That's their base price, so it can't be any cheaper than $250. I had a plumber fix a leak before and it cost me about $50. I think what Andrus plumbing did to us is unacceptable and unethical. I will never go back there for business and will advise all my friends against it.

Lance and those that work for him are the best. Having your sewer pipe open and your front yard and patio dug up is no fun. Lance is right there to fix it and take care of the project. Lance is great with the inspectors.
