The water issues on the coast are well known. Andrus has come within hours to repair pinhole leaks and always done a thorough, efficient and cost effective job. We also had them replace twin ejection pumps, no small job, and it was done with timeliness and care. These guys are my go to; for the last leak, they responded and were at the door in 90 minutes saving me much damage and anxiety. Highly recommend.

I was desperate for a plumber today. They promised they would come and unclog a sink between 4:00-6:00. They were no shows so I had to call and leave a message with an operator wondering where they were. They called back 45 minutes after they promised to be at my house to tell me they were not coming. So disappointing!

Egregiously expensive- unless you legitimately do not care about money, look elsewhere for your plumbing needs
They snaked a simple drain and charged just shy of $400... I have a camera in front of my house. The guy spent a total of 18 minutes on my property. I actually feel like I was robbed and want to file a formal complaint.

Andrus did an awesome job putting my gas line for tankless water heater and dryer. My house was all electric when built and the gas saves me a lot on money each month.

I thought I would support a local business. I have called other plumbers in the past. This company charged 2.5X what I have been charged by other companies for the same service. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GAUGED.

How do I contact Andrus Plumbing? I called tonight (3/31/21 around 5PM). Someone answered claiming to be their ""answering service"". She was refusing to let us speak to anyone at Andrus plumbing unless we paid her a fee.
How do we get through to Andrus to get plumbing work? Is there a different number to call? I think the 8096 number might of been taken by a scam.

Called Andrus for a small ""fix it"" problem with a toilet handle. Andrus showed up on the same day we called and on time. Completed the job in less than 10 minutes. Refused to take payment!!! Imagine that! Great experience! Will call them again.

Andrus plumbing & heating went way above and beyond to resolve issues w my Rheem water heater. Julie and Dallas were extremely responsive, on time, reliable and following all safety protocols during Covid-19. I reached out to them after Rheem had sent a different plumbing company and I won't go into specifics but called the manufacturer and requested I use my plumber. Julie even had to call Rheem and wait 20 minutes on hold to get through to them so they would ship parts to me and when they said the parts would arrive in 2-4 days she said no we'll pay to have them overnighted. I called several times bc of various parts needed and every time she dispatched someone to my house as quickly as possible. Thanks you have won a customer for life.
