Their customer service is exceptional and honest. They quickly completed the job and the final bill was under the original quote as well.. I will definitely use them again!

I received a terrible service from this company. I called to get a shower leak fixed. It took the plumber about 15 minutes to fix it, and he charged us $250. My wife was at home when the plumber came and she paid the bill, so I don't know if it is because she is a woman that he felt like he could rip her off.

I called to complain about the overcharging and they told me their service fee was $250. That's their base price, so it can't be any cheaper than $250. I had a plumber fix a leak before and it cost me about $50. I think what Andrus plumbing did to us is unacceptable and unethical. I will never go back there for business and will advise all my friends against it.

Lance and those that work for him are the best. Having your sewer pipe open and your front yard and patio dug up is no fun. Lance is right there to fix it and take care of the project. Lance is great with the inspectors.

In my opinion, this is the BEST plumbing company in Laguna Beach! We had a broken pipe that was flooding our house late on Friday night. Julie the office manager was great to work with through my entire process. She was accessible through their regular office number after hours and she quickly arraigned for a plumber to be at our house within 35 minutes. Lance showed up on time to my Temple Hills Drive home and was the most knowledgeable and professional plumber I have ever dealt with. He gave me a quote for the work before he started the investigation as what exactly was creating the flood.. When he found the problem he gave me the updated estimate. They fixed the problem(s) quickly for what I believe was a reasonable and competitive cost. This company will be my first call for all my future plumbing needs.

Andrus rescued us from a horrid company that was spending days on plumbing under a sink hole in our driveway; I fired the ""better priced"" company and Andrus had it taken care of within a day. Since then, I've never bothered to call around to price shop because I learned an important lesson: reliability is the best value.
Today, I called for a broken heater, and since Andrus was unable to make it out today, Julie actually referred me to someone else. That's right--she put MY needs first. This company is top-notch.

Kate is right. They refused to give mean estimate to unclog my sink over the phone. When they showed up they wanted $250 (are they out of their minds?). I then found OC Rooter on Craigslist who's ad clearly stated their $75 charge. They were here within an hour and quickly and professionally solved the problem. No up charge or add ons even though Fernando had to cut and repair a pipe. The only reason Andrus got a Star is they were quick to show up for the ""Highway Robery"".

I called on a very hot day and they had a tech out in 30 minutes. His name was Justin and he did a great job. Good thing he also was an electrician as the issue was with the circuit panel. Highly recommended
