Andrews plumbing started a master bath rough in for us and decided to not complete the job. He was very polite and explained what work needed to happen and that he was only a couple of hundred dollars into the job. When we got the invoice it was for $1,300. All he did was drill some holes in our walls. Nothing was installed.
