Andrew is the best plumber I have ever used on my rentals and my own home in 35 years. I only wish I had known about him that same number of years ago! He fit the work in and took the time to work through some ""old property plumbing"" issues that can be difficult. He saved me time and money and was so kind to boot! Thank you Andrew...he's simply the best of the best!

We have a sprinkler system so there's a shutoff for BOTH sprinkler & domestic. Handle rusted off so it's a pain to shut off water to house. Emailed Andrew over a weekend, replied promptly. Came by to check it out before quoting a price. Instead of replacing the main shutoff Andrew installed a shut off just for domestic water only. And while he was here he replaced mixer on shower - and didn't charge for time to go buy the right part. Responsive, punctual, professional, reasonable price.

Great plumber. Very fair prices. A pipe broke at 3 am. Four days before Christmas. Seemed like all other plumbers were booked. After two plumbers who had no availability recommended Andrew Sheppard I tried him. He fit me in between two appointments because it was clear he was very sensitive to our situation. Got here when he said he would, moved quickly to fix it. Explained what he was going to do then showed me the results. Even went the extra step to bleed the water lines. Very nice guy. Someone I will do business with again.

Andy is the epitome of the skilled neighborhood plumber. He's knowledgeable, honest, and fair - and a nice guy on top of all that! Andy does great work, planning in advance then checking and double-checking for leaks (gas line). He came in with great ideas and really worked with us in fitting our job in during a busy time. Since he's a one-man show, there are just some things he can't do but if that's the case, he'll let you know right off and you can be sure he'll point you to someone who can help.
