Andrew & Louis are true professionals. This was the first time we had used Pino's Plumbing and yet Andrew treated us like old valued customers. He came on time as confirmed -- assessed our situation (major clogged clean out) and immediately went to work ""fixing"" our problem in less than a hour. In my 14 years in Mill Valley we have used numerous plumbers - but we have now found the BEST - we can highly recommend Andrew Pino's Plumbing.

Our water heater conked out a few weeks back. We called our home warranty company who sent a guy who seemed very confused about our setup, muttering to himself a lot about how he wasn't sure where our drainage went (?!). The company then told us that we would have have to pay $1200 out-of-pocket to bring it up to code! Instead, we called Andrew Pino, who came HIGHLY recommended on nextdoor.com, and he was able to come over the next day. He looked at our water heater and was very straightforward about what we needed, how to get it up to code, exactly where everything needed to go, etc. He then quoted us a price that was going to save us $500 over what the insurance company told us. We took the insurance company buy out, and Andrew came a couple days later to do the work. He and his assistant worked most of the day on our issue, and when they were finished, everything was perfect. Incidentally, just as they started to work, all the power in our neighborhood went out, so they had to work using flashlights, which couldn't have been easy.

We will definitely call Andrew again the next time we have a plumbing issue. He was straighforward, friendly and very knowledgeable. It's no wonder he gets so many great reviews.

Andrew is a skilled plumber and is always my first call for any plumbing issues. His prices are fair, and his work is solid. He's done work in so many of the homes in and around San Rafael, he has a good sense of the layouts and the typical plumbing pitfalls in these houses - he's helped us think through a number of potential solutions to correct various things, and has real insight as to the cause of some of the underlying issues - which will solve the plumbing problems long-term. He's also one o' those salt-of-the-earth folks - he's real! He enjoys what he does and it shows.

Andrew Pino is the best plumber in Marin, Sonoma, SF. Our families go way back. He is so great at what he does and besides that he is an incredible person too. I love his suggestions to make things work better and longer. He is so prompt reasonable and thorough.
There is no better guy to fix your plumbing needs.

Every 5 star review on this site tells the truth. I use him often because my Eichler is over 60 years old so things are needing updates. I have him on my favorites on my phone just in case.

We have lived in Marin for several years now. Two weeks after moving here, we needed a window replaced. We called a local window joint and were completely shocked by the attitude and prices of the people we called. We shared this experience with some friends who have lived here their entire life and their response was ""Welcome to Marin"". Over the years we have lived this same experience time and time again. I am happy to say that Andrew is the exact opposite of the ""Marin"" experience. His willingness, and encouragement, to let me do what I thought I could do, and have him do the rest saved us money and gained Andrew a customer for life. I will be calling Andrew Pino's Plumbing the next time I need some plumbing done.

Andrew deserves every five-star review he gets. We had a blockage in the sewer lateral at our new house last night, and I contacted Andrew to help out on an emergency basis. He was at my house in no time flat, snaked the lateral, cleared it right up, and was incredibly nice as well. The job was done in less than an hour. 10/10 would hire again.

Andrew was too busy to fix my plumbing that day, but he was able to call me and talk me through what needed to be fixed over the phone -- twice! Now THAT is service! So impressed. I would highly recommend Andrew Pino for help with plumbing problems. I called to schedule an appointment and Andrew arrived at my house on time. He assessed the problem and then gave me the ""best-case/worst case"" scenarios and then got right to work. Luckily for me it turned out to be the best case scenario and Andrew had my pipe fixed in no time. I will definitely call his company again should I need any more help with plumbing problems.
