Andrew Light is the best ever!! Responds immediately fixes the issue couldn't get better service from anyone!!! I wish he could build my house for me!! Don't bother calling Rymes when they ""might"" get there in 2 hours! When you have no heat that is not acceptable. Call Andrew-the best!!

I was referred to Andrew by a friend. He's nearly impossible to get a hold of because his number is a landline and 9/10 his voice box is full so if you do happen to leave a message you're at his beckoning call; literally. There is no way to call him directly or email. In any case, We spoke 3 times over the phone over many weeks and he agreed to see my property. He called me from the property and said he'd get me an estimate. I never heard back from him. I left my number and my email. Over a week goes by, I leave another message and he ghosts me. He's unprofessional and a coward. If you don't want the job then be honest and show some INTEGRITY and say you aren't interested so potential customers time isn't wasted. The tradesmen in northern NH are a joke. If you're actually lucky to get one to show up; they high ball the job and don't care to return your calls. Apparently they're so busy they don't care about courtesy and customer service.
