Andre's Pro Plumbing responded right away to my question on yelp. Looking at the ratings I figured I would give them a chance, and sure glad I did. Joaquin called and said he finished a job early and would come early if I was available. He showed and completed the work making sure to not leave a mess. He was very considerate and made sure we were comfortable by having PPE equipment cause of Covid-19 going on right now. After the work was complete he double checked to make sure everything was operating properly which led me to inquire about replacing my water softener. He explained that I had more options then to just replace by calling the manufacturer ( brand name ) and having a rebuild done on it to work again and would be cheaper then replacing, and that is what put it over the top for me. Instead of trying to take my money for a quick job he gave me options and wasn't pushing his product. I booked a appointment for him to come install one in a few days. Great service, great work ethic, and great company with a high amount of integrity! Thank you Joaquin!

I absolutely love them!!! Joaquin and Andrei are extremely punctual and amazing at what they do. The company as a whole is extremely professional! From the moment I called and spoke to an Allyson to the follow-up call that I had after my master bedroom bathroom leak was fixed. You don't get to meet too many family-run companies that are embedded in U.S based labor and exceed expectations. Referring them to all my friends and family in San Antonio!

I got a quote from this company for re-plumbing my property. He said all the right things and appeared to really want the work. He took the time to put a quote together and send it to us. I called and tried to schedule the work, he said next week (Monday or Wednesday). He said he would let me know. We called him back on that Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday along with texting him. No answers. I really figured he was injured or something. I actually held out on finding someone else to do the work. We tried calling again from our phone and then from a friends, On the friends we got a call back immediately. The receptionist tried to say she did not get any of our messages or text from several of our phones. Apparently they did not really want the work. It would have been nice if they could have not wasted my time and just been honest from the get go.

Joaquin was very friendly and went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and what our plumbing issues were and gave several options as to go about fixing it. It was a simple unclogging of the cleanout and he brought out the pipe camera and showed the interior of the pipes. Would highly recommend and plan to use Andre's Pro Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs!

Backed up sink after New Years Eve, and stuff I was buying At Lowe's or Home Depot was not working. I needed my sink & kitchen back. After 2 days of me trying to fix it I finally gave in and called a professional. Andre's Pro Plumbing responded to my distress call and showed up the very next morning. Very professional, very informative, showed me what the problem was and Very reasonable. Having A plumbing problem didn't create a financial problem. They charged $250 to fix the toilets and one of them did not work.
Also, the appointment was in the morning and we were told that they didn't get the message.
We talked to a lady, they change our appointment.
Can't believe that they charge a lot ay the toilet doesn't work.
They were supposed to come over today and mentioned they had an emergency.
Well, the kitchen had an emergency...they should have extra men...
The appointment was done a week ago.The company chose the day , not us.

Very happy with the pricing and service. They communicated well prior to the day of service and showed up on time. The plumber had a little difficulty with one of the connecting pipes to the garbage disposal which added a little extra time to the job but they honored the original estimate. Would definitely call them for other plumbing jobs in the future.

Joaquin was amazing!!! I sent out a quote request on Sunday expecting to get a reply on Monday morning when everyone is open. Joaquin responded with 30 mins with a ballpark figure which was very reasonable and in my budget. I sent them a link to my Aquasana Whole House Water Filtration with Saltfree Water Softener so he could clarify the price. Not only did he take his time in putting the system in right but he made it so it didn't take up my whole garage wall. He did everything he said he would do and more.
