On 26 July 2022 we received outstanding, quality, and professional service from Andre's Pro Plumbing. They replaced two water heaters at our home. Joaquin , the owner of the company, was involved with the project from start to finish. Joaquin and his professional support team were very knowledgeable, very customer-oriented, very honest, and pleasant to work with. Joaquin made sure the job was done correctly, that the project was completed on time, and with no additional cost. Joaquins's crew did an excellent job of cleaning up at the completion of the project. We would highly recommend Andre's Pro Plumbing to anyone that wants high quality and very professional work.

Matthew came out to help us and he was outstanding. He fixed 2 problems we had with sinks. They are a little pricey but that is because they don't mess around! They will come out on time and fix the problem. I recommend them their services especially if you are working in real estate and need someone reliable and trustworthy.

Wonderful service. Called Andre on recommendation from a friend & great online reviews on Yelp. As a first time customer, wasn't expecting same day service to replace old leaking water heater. I needed a plumber right away to stop a water main leak with the overflow running down the street. After calling several companies, Andres plumbing was available to come out the same afternoon. I found them to be responsive, reliable and trustworthy. A crew came out and dug up the yard to get to the leak, and the plumber repaired the leak using a flexible hose to prevent future breaks. I was sent an invoice via email and then contacted the following morning by the office and payed by credit card. I was surprised that I wasn't asked to pay on the spot once the work was completed. My overall experience was positive despite the unanticipated expense.

Joaquin did a fabulous job! Great customer service and quality work! He took care of multiple things from snaking drains, changing out a pipe and drain in kitchen sink and commode parts. Kept the areas clean as he worked. They were referred by our neighbors who were very pleased with their work and so are we! We highly recommend Andre's Pro Plumbing.

One day we walked into the office and our carpet was saturated. I immediately started looking for plumbers and messaged a few, but decided to go with Andre's because they were prompt in responding, kind and accommodating to our situation. They came the same day! Turns out we had a slow leak in the wall between the master bath and office, that had been leaking for awhile. I think the first tech was Nick. He did a great job. Well not too long after, our AC went out because our P-trap got clogged, so my husband had to drain the AC pan. He wasn't able to reattach the pipes under the sink. So we called Andres and Joaquin called back and said he had availability the next day in the morning! He called about 30 mins before he showed up and finished the job fast! He was very communicative the whole time, explaining what he did. He was kind and professional and gave us some info on how to fix it if it gets clogged again or we could just call them back directly if we had any issues! Even recommended an AC tech! But to be honest we will probably just call Andres again! Highly recommend 12/10! Best prices you will find! Very fair! professional and prompt service! You should go with Andres for all of your plumbing needs! Thanks Joaquin and to the crew at Andres. Y'all will definitely be our go to plumbing service should anything arise again!

Andre"s Pro Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my hot water heater. I called the day before and they came the next morning. Matt assessed the situation, took photos and Joaquin called me immediately with the cost and all the explanations of the work they do. Matt even checked plumbing and sinks in the house and made sure the water valve on the back of the refrigerator was tightened. Matt went up in the attic and took a video of the 2nd hot water heater so I could see what condition it is in. I highly recommend their services and I will be using them in the future. It is a pleasure to have companies deliver good service and go over and beyond.

We had an emergency leak that was causing damage to the drywall. Andrea was the most responsive and communicative, came out quickly to assess the situation and provide their recommendations. We didn't compare any others since we needed to get this fixed asap but the cost seemed reasonable.

10/10. Would recommend and use Andre's Pro Plumbing again. Had an electric water heater replaced. On-time arrival. Professional, courteous, and friendly behavior (almost like hiring a trusted family member). Thoroughly communicated to me before the appointment and during the appointment what work will be done. Asked me questions about my setup/home to make sure the work they were going to do was appropriate and the time to complete the work was accurate. Gave me a reasonably-priced quote. No surprises when the final bill came. As they were performing the work, I was inspecting. They were VERY ADEPT. I felt very confident the work was being done correctly and they made me feel at ease that if anything happened after they left, to just call them, and they will make it right, but given how well I saw the work being performed, I know I won't have any issues.

They also mentioned they do tankless water heater installs, water softener installs, water filtering. Both residential and commercial clients.
