Victor (owner) came over to do a refurb on a 38 year old Solar Water heater. That is 23 years past is expected lifetime. While doing the estimate, he checked the water pressure. Ended up, he did the water regulator and the refurb. I now have hot solar water. It was a great deal less than replacement! I decided to try this first and I am glad I did. He does great work, very thorough and complete. He encountered some challenges and solved them all with a great attitude. I will upload a photo of his regulator work. To me, it is art! He told me high water pressure can cause leaky faucets and running toilets. I had leaky faucets. After the repair, - problem solved. I highly recommend him, he is so knowledgeable and comes with such a well stocked truck - it looks like the plumbing aisle of Home Depot. Thanks Victor!
