He replied right away and got to work right away. Worked his butt off, was honest, was incredibly responsive and helpful, completed insurance paperwork and walked me through everything. I had Steve replace a very old water heater. He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave good advice on options. He raised an option that no other services did and I eventually selected that option (high recovery, tanked water heater). It only took a day or so to get the replacement scheduled. Steve arrived on time and worked quickly. He also coached me on the building code upgrades required. He stuck to his quoted price. I would say he was competitively priced--not the lowest and not the highest. Overall, I had a very good experience and will hire him again.

Between us, when you move into a new house and have water pressure issues, you can save yourself a lot of unhappiness by consulting a plumbing professional; and I'm so glad I did! Steve and Johnel (might have the name wrong) came on time. They identified the correct valve which was buried beneath insulation and I would never have found, and while one person monitored the water pressure from outside the home, the other adjusted a screw on top of the valve until the pressure (which began at 40), rose to 70. It took two communicating via phone. My water pressure is now where it should be and showers will be great from now on. Perfect job! Thank you Andreason Services.
