I want to update my original review to thank Andreas plumbing and heating for reaching out to my father and refunding all of his money. After my initial post, they contacted him and acknowledged the situation, apologized and offered a full refund! (Which my dad did receive!)

I appreciate their effort to resolve this matter and take responsibility. It shows they care about their customers and their reputation. Thank you again.

This review is about awareness to future customers. This is about weighing out quality of work vs cost. Andreas provides very good customer service and their technicians are well trained, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful when they come to your home. I have been with this company for years now and have endured their ""job pricing"" as it is known in the industry. This is where it does not matter the cost of a part and the time spent. There is a fixed price for the job being performed. On my recent service call in November, I looked up the part that was being replaced; less than 100.00 which I confirmed with a family member in the business who lives out of state. The diagnosis and time to install, under 2 hrs. My bill was over 1000.00! That bill should have been no more than 1/2 that amount or less. Yes, I am grateful the repair was made and professionally done. Yes, I understand business and overhead but I am not grateful that I am in a lower income area and being gouged. They need to rethink their pricing and how they treat their local people who have supported them; remember where you come from! There are other reputable companies in the area who do good work at fair prices who I will now support.

4 years ago I needed a new heat furnace and AC. paid over $15,000. Heat has never worked since installed. every single winter they come out and give me a different reason. Including: the thermostat wasn't right x3 until i bought a $700 one from them, still didn't work ! The wind blows too hard against my house for which they cut a hole in the side of my house, and last year... water got where it shouldn't have. So here I am winter number 4 freezing with no heat. when I called them Sunday AM they told me someone would call me back Monday. It was 8 degrees outside this morning. And I pay the monthly subscription fee that is supposed to get me priority scheduling and some sort of yearly checks on eqpt. I've never gotten anything out of the fee I paid. Stay away from these scammers. I'm out $15,000 and freezing in a snowstorm. If I owned this place I would be utterly embarrassed.

Highly over priced. They are definitely are good at what they do in a pinch, but I would strongly do your homework before they upsell you into things you really don't need.
I am not saying they don't know what they are doing, I am simply saying they know how to worry people with the right words in order to get business.

I had work done, cost over $5,000 , now another pipe nearby leaking...they must have cracked it when putting in other, same with sink when I got this crew....What a mess! Now what $88 to come out, I just called someone for FREE ESTIMATE...

Come out and quoted me $6000 to fix my boiler!! And told me over $1000 to have my water gauge replaced. Didn't fix my issue with the boiler.

Dylon Searfoss came to our home and was there 13 straight hours. He went through every detail regarding issues with my heating. Dylan is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He really made sure I understood the steps needed to fix our issue. He went above and beyond to make sure we were up and running with heat before he left. I couldn't ask for a better technician.

extortion. plain extortion. $4,100 to put a new well pump in. only 100 ft down. 88 to diagnose when already was diagnosed and traced to the pump. having a hard time getting an itemized receipt. actually have to follow up to get any receipt. the excuse is well its an emergency call. nope said there was no hurry and it wasnt off hours. could have pulled the pump if i had an extra set of hands. actually did help pull the pump waiting for his helper because i had the T handle made up to pull it from 20 yrs before having had a friend come over. he 70 now so wasnt calling him. they are quick if thats all that matters to you.

$88 visit fee to quote $1,350 to run a 15' line from propane tank to gas dryer hookup. The tech Scott was very very nice but these prices are a little insane for 2 hours of work in my opinion...I suspect their google reviews are fake

I had my Boiler serviced they arrived promptly and were polite and clean thats the good and the one star you see.After that they ripped me off and things that worked before they came suddenly stopped working,each time it was these things happen on old systems. Then i got another local plumber in to look at what they did and he said there was nothing broken but for some reason a wire was jammed behind my aqua stat preventing it from closing we told him the prices we paid for items replaced and well we got ripped off big time. The reviews that state rip off above are true avoid these guys at all cost and thats what it was all cost.
