This company deserves 5+ stars no doubt!! The gas company had shut down my gas and would not reinstall service due to a ""gas leak"" . We had no gas for two days! I was in desperate to get service installed right away and was instructed by the gas company to find a professional that can fix the gas leak. Between my brother and I we searched desperately for someone to go immediately as we had children in the home and needed hot water , dryer and no way we were able to shower with this cold weather causing water to come out freezing cold. We both called a few places and some didn't answer others gave you a waiting time of a day or two .. we needed someone Now! John answered right away and after hearing the situation squeezed me in the schedule same day. He went to the house and in little time he was able to fix the problem. I can't express how professional and reliable let alone reasonable in price the company is. I will not hesitate to recommend them nor call John back if we encounter another situation like this (hopefully not)! Thank John very much! We appreciate your quick response to the urgency of the matter.

I was in need of a referral to get work done on a house and shortly after finding Andreas Fault I knew this company was the right fit. After completing the invoice agreed upon Mr. Cipres showed such compassion to my tenant, with me living out of town, there is no price that I could pay for the help he rendered. I contacted John with Andreas Fault to install a pier and post under our house and he was very fast at responding and he came out the same week I contacted him. He was able to come by the same week with his crew and they did a great job. We can actually feel the difference under our house. I would use John and his crew in the future.

I was looking for a company to install an earthquake shut off valve so I took to Yelp to help me. After searching I came across John's company, Andreas Fault Property Service. I read a few reviews looked at photos and decided to send a message. John replied promptly to each of my messages. He is a certified plumber and worked for the gas company for 17 years so I felt comfortable having him install the valve. On the scheduled day he arrived on time (actually early which didn't bother me) and explained what he needed to do. Afterwards, he showed me the valve and made sure I knew how it worked and he checked the water heater and stove to be sure they were operating. He even gave the pipes a fresh coat of paint! John is friendly, easy to communicate with and willing to answer questions. I would recommend him.

We can't say enough to express how pleased we were with the service we received. The estimate they gave was fair and honest. The work was timely and done very well. The sink at our spa was broken and with their help we were back to normal in no time. John in particular was a big help.

I don't have enough good things to say about John Cipres and his company Andrea's Fault. From 2008 to today I have worked with him on improving my 1950 ranch house in Reseda, California. John had been recommended to me by Allstate to add a seismic gas shut off valve outside as an insurance requirement. He was prompt, courteous, and took the time to explain what my old house required in order to be safe.

Since then he has had my entire electrical system upgraded to 2015 code, had an old gas water heater replaced, had new windows and air conditioners installed, and replaced the original plumbing system with new copper pipes, this over a period of eight years.

When I need something done to upgrade or make my house safer John is the first person I think of. Today he installed updated gas connectors to my stove (which is 40 years old and still running great) and the water heater. He came at six in the morning so I'd be able to go to work.

If nothing else, A gas shut off valve in this earthquake area of California is a comfort and frankly a necessity. John is excellent at evaluating home conditions: he is a home inspector and has done two formal inspections on my home to evaluate foundations, attic and roof at my request.

The most important thing is that he does not try to sell you anything that you don't need. I have great faith in him and I think I can say after eight years of his service that I'm a pretty good judge of the quality of John's work. I recommend him to anyone who wants a fair and honest contractor.

On time and on budget! John and his team performed a significant amount of work in our new house. They took out a bathtub and put in a shower for my aging mother in law, took the carpet off my stairs and put down wood, put in whole house water filter, 3 TV brackets, wiring for TV's, and ceiling fans. Very pleased with the way John's team performed.

I can't say enough good things about this company!!! I wanted to have an earthquake gas shut-off valve installed on my home. I looked around at various places and decided to try this company since I was impressed with the reviews on here and because I prefer not to give my business to the big guys. John was very friendly and clearly explained everything. He was done in 45 minutes and relit all of my gas appliances. Their prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. They are way cheaper than the competition. He also cleaned up around the gas meter. I highly recommend this company. They will not disappoint!!
