We have to extend our thanks to our neigbors who recommended Andrassy Construction ... it was a ""heaven sent"" experience.


My wife and I had been trying to get quotes on replacing a fire rated exterior garage door. We had several contractors come to inspect and provide quotes but did not want to assist in selecting the right sized door to replace the old one.

Mr. Jonathan Andrassy was highly recommended to us by several of our neigbors who he had helped in the past. Although his work schedule was tight, Jonathan stopped by to assess what was needed for the project and provided us a quote for the labor involved, but like the other contractors left it up to us to go down to Home Depot and pick out a door.

We informed him that we had no expertise on what door to select, and that time to replace it was critical due to the rain that we had been experiencing.
Jonathan assured us that he would be happy to go and see what doors would be suitable replacements and if they were in stock at Home Depot. Jonathan provided us with a choice between two doors at low and high end price range. He explained the pros and cons of going with each of the two doors he recommended, and we went with the least expensive to stay within our budget.

Jonathan and his assistant arrived at our house soon after finishing a job at another home and began the demolition and installation immediately. It was
raining on and off but they kept at it until the work was done. Jonathan went above and beyond in solving our problem ... he replaced a portion of the door frame that was warped at no additional cost to us. Dinner time came and went and Jonathan and Miguel worked until the job was completed, cleaned up and hauled away the debris.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Andrassy Contruction if you are in need of excellent craftsmanship, tireless work, courteous and honest communication. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

After a roof leak we called Jonathan Andrassy and he gave us a prompt estimate to open up the kitchen wall, dry out the affected area, and then replace and finish the wallboard and paint the affected area. All was done on time, on budget, and to our great satisfaction. We highly recommend Andrassy Construction.

It was Sunday and I had a water emergency. I called a few contractors who were not able to come out. I contacted Jonathan on a Sunday morning. He returned my call promptly and was able to come over same day. Having just bought a house, I had a lot of other jobs I needed complete. Jonathan is general contractor, skilled in many trades, not just a plumber. He was able and willing to try clever and cheaper ways to solve some my problems than just simply ""rip out and replace"" everything. He was honest, upfront, hard working and reasonably priced. Jonathan has been working my on our house since 2006 and he never disappoints. If you need something done he gets it done. From garbage disposal to lighting he will finish your project as fast as possible. Just fixed our upstairs lighting and he shot through it. He's ethical, honest, and fairly priced, great guy!

$7000.00 dollars later. Took cash and still cashed the checks. Pictures attached. 2.5 million dollar home.

I guess for $465.00 you can your contractor's license from Mickey Mouse. These pictures are all my master bath! Cut my losses after being deceived.
Pictures speak for themselves! When demanded my overpayments, It was basically, prove it situation.
Filed complaint. Realtor and owner of many rentals.
I owe it to my community to share this truth.

Years later and I'm still a loyal client to this great contractor! We had him work on SEVERAL projects around our home and I can say I am over happy with the work. Extremely professional work in a quality manner.

For one of the more neat projects - we had an old school built-in tv wall shelf. Well our TV was a flat screen and the unit was built for a tube TV. Jonathan successfully managed to build this really cool Mount and mounted our TV so it could be angled to various parts of the room. Ingenious! We're so happy with the way it turned out and I highly recommend him for these types of projects.

We also had toilets that needed to be replaced, a leaked pipe that caused damage to several rooms in the house and involved drywall repair and repainting. Not to mention the side fence that he had to readjust the post for and build a stronger Foundation. Every one of these projects was done in a wonderful manner we could not be happier. I strongly recommend this contractor!

We used Andrassy Construction on 2 occasions. After the removal of our patio pergola (due to termite damage), we were left with a huge mess -- rotted window frames, open gaps in the wall, stucco damage and more. Jonathan did an excellent job of repairing everything, leaving our walls and windows looking as good as new. Soon after, we were unlucky enough to have a slab leak, resulting in a dozen large holes in the interior walls of the house. See attached photos for before & after examples. Outstanding results. Jonathon is a an excellent craftsman, a real perfectionist, a skilled problem solver and sociable. He is organized and cleans up thoroughly.
