Andgar installed a new furnace in 2017 so the parts are still covered. The heat went out today, Monday, and as soon as I could get a repair date was Wed. from Andgar. I couldn't go that long without heat with Nov. night temperatures. So, I called a competitor and they sent a tech out in 3 hours. It only cost $330 to replace the faulty part that took 15 minutes. Thanks Andgar for the great service.
We did an extensive remodel of our home, and all the ducts were full of debris. Andgar's service team called when they were on their way, they were on time, and stayed for an entire day to clean out the ductwork and the furnace. They were very personable, friendly, hardworking, and most of all---did the job to our satisfaction. And despite the fact our ducts were filthy, they kept to their budget, despite the extra work involved. We could not be more impressed or happy with their level of service and professionalism. We highly recommend them over any other company in town.
Andrea L.Rob was my tech. He gave me a text half hour before he arrived letting me he was on his way. He was more than helpful. Being a new homeowner I was unsure where my water main valve shut off was. He went on a hunt with me to find the location and give me peace of mind. It was in a unique hidden spot and he actually had to crawl in a little cubby to locate it.
He did maintenance on my tankless water heater today. Took care of all of its needs. The price for the maintenance was actually less than Washington energy charges which is who I've used in the past in my Snohomish location. They offered a fabulous discount for next year's maintenance rate. It ends up being about $100 off to pre-buy. It's always a no-brainer because these particular appliances need annual maintenance to begin with to keep them running well.

Mary Lou C.""Andgar Ken"" is our guy to service our furnace and air conditioner. He really cares about his customers and about doing a professional job. I opted to be on their annual maintenance schedule so also get a discount! The thermostat in my house is really old so Ken's coming back to install a new one with wifi capability! Wow! Cindy in the Andgar office is super nice, too. I wouldn't use any other company for this kind of work. Definitely recommend!
Andgar is a terrific hvac company. I have a cabin in East Whatcom and Andgar has been taking care of my gas furnace and fireplace for years. Their staff members are always on time, they do great work, and their prices are very reasonable. After working at Sears for many years, I realized what a rip-off service contracts were. That said, Andgar is the only service contract I EVER buy.
I very unhappy. They only want to do easy work. As nice as they seem. there not to be trusted. Very misleading. I would not recommend.
I would like to thank Andgar for sending out Clint to replace the compressor for my heat pump. Although it's never fun to shell out money to repair a fairly new HVAC unit, Clint made the system perform significantly better than it ever did even when brand new. This made it feel like money well spent. Andgar was the third major HVAC company to troubleshoot my problematic system and the only ones that were able to finish the job correctly. Clint was willing and able to explain in laymen's terms how this complicated system worked and what could be done to protect our investment.
Just had our air conditioning unit checked as part of the annual maintenance, it was well done by a qualified technician. Christopher Mason was happy to help with any questions we had, he was efficient and the work was done in a timely manner. He gave us the reading of the temperature output of our machine, something we didn't know.
Chris was my Tech and he very informative and pleasant; I appreciated that he explained everything what he did and why he did it. The office was very professional and dispatched me the tech at the time I needed help. Very impressed with their service and fair pricing - I will use them again!

Excellent weird stuff here. We had some soot showing up on the exterior of our week-end home for the first time so we had them send out a tech. We could not be there, so we trusted them with a key. We came up a week later, and the propane gas fired stove (primary source of heat) was putting out more heat than we had gotten out of it in the eleven years we owned it. Apparently the glass front was not sealed properly?? The tech must have really known what he was doing.
