On time and and had the parts in stock had me up and running same day. These guys are the go to specialist for geo thermal ground source heat pumps by far. Highly reccomend .

its been a month and I'm still waiting on a call. apparently they don't schedule, they just call you they day they can come out. I've called them twice and have been told "" you're on our list"" and it's been over a month now with no call. moving on to another company.

I Called Andrrsons plumbing to have a gas line moved. I was told I'd get a call to schedule in the next couple of days. Later in the day, while outside working, I missed thier two calls. Apparently the plumber was available and that's how they ""schedule"" I called back about 30 min later and spoke to Bree. I'll leave it at poor communication skills and major attitude are her strong points. I was told I'd be put back in line and would be called when they were ready for me. No consideration for my schedule and expect me to be available for them. Pass. I called somebody else who will be out tomorrow at a specific time

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Waited nine days to have them replace the wrong part for a problem with my hot water heater. When I called to tell them them the almost $400.00 they had charged me fixed nothing, I was quoted another $900.00 to replace the part they should have changed to begin with. That $1300.00 they wanted would have paid for two brand new hot water heaters. Dishonest, unprofessional and uncaring company. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else for your plumbing needs.

They responded quickly and the tech did a fine job, but what they charged me was robbery! When I called them, the office person told me there was a charge of $89.00 and the tech would diagnose the problem and we'd set an appointment to do the actual repair. Then there would be an hourly rate. The tech came and did the repair in less than a half hour with no parts needed and the charge was $236.00! The tech said if he came over and flipped a breaker, that's what the charge would be. I think their dialog was deceptive, minimum charge is outregeous, and recommend using someone else!

Mike and his crew at Anderson's were super friendly and professional. From quote to finish super fast and efficient. We went through four other companies for quotes before we got to Anderson's and they by far were the best to do the job. They came to replace our old furnace and fix all our ductwork and put in a new cooling system. Plus financing with them was super fast and easy making this big financial decision super stress free.

They email the bill so you get it after they are gone. The bill was double the quote and they refused to make it right.

Let me start off by saying that we have used Anderson's off and on for about 4 years - that includes yearly services for AC, boiler, dryer cleaning, etc and they've done very expensive jobs like installing new boilers, pumps, multiple new piping, fixing random plumbing issues, and misc electrical projects. Nearly every single job required them to come out multiple, sometimes half a dozen times to correct issues they've caused, installing pumps in backwards that blew out our boiler, mistakes they've made leaving air in our pipes that make horrible noises that the owner, John has claimed to be my imagination at one point and then his plumber admitted to hearing and came back to fix. The only reason we've hesitated to get a new plumber is because our system is incredibly complicated and we actually like their one plumber, Dan.
We recently decided to remodel our entire main floor to include kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms (around $20k just for electrical and plumbing work), and decided we would not be using them because John, the owner has been so rude to me the last few times I've asked him to fix issues they've caused (they charged us to replace a boiler pump that they replaced only the year prior but didn't keep proper paperwork and were unable to prove it was the pump they replaced). While removing baseboards yesterday morning, our contractor pointed out that there was a hot wire that wasn't covered that they piggy-backed off of another outlet to feed to our mounted tv. Since it was just hanging out in back of a loose baseboard, at any time I could have driven a nail through there and unknowingly set my entire house on fire (this happens to be the room above my 3 year old's bedroom). When telling John this today, he stated specifically that Tony, his electrician, KNEW he didn't place any safety plate over the area and KNEW it was a mistake but said, ""it didn't start a fire, so I shouldn't have to reimburse you.""
We had John come to our house tonight (and he was an hour late) to show him what was done incorrectly along with other things, to include a dryer we paid them to fix the vent on and their employee just duct-taped the vent, essentially correcting nothing and still leaking dryer exhaust into our home. So after a long argument where John stood in my house looking at my 3-year old saying, well it's only warrantied if it didn't work or caused a fire, essentially killing our child, we will only give you a credit and NOT a refund. I told him I didn't trust him or his company to correct anything in our house. He saw that we had to pull the drywall off of that wall to track where the wire went and replace it and secure it with another wire, mentioned the 4 experienced people, 2 of which are contractors, who stated today and yesterday how unsafe this was and NOT the work of a licensed electrician, and we deserved a refund, yet he still said it's not his problem. I asked him if I should just call my insurance company and file a claim since I wasn't getting my money back from him for anything and he said he didn't care as he was walking out of our house mid-conversation.
I can honestly tell you that every single one of his employees have confided in us over the years that he is mean and treats them the same way he has treated me over the years, and does not care about his customers, as evidenced by this situation tonight. I am a disabled combat vet and I trusted them to take care of me and my family, and they did not. Do NOT use these guys if you value your home or your peace of mind.

The Technician Ken was very skilled and helpful, went out of his way to repair our heater. A company you can trust....

Would definitely recommend checking around with other plumbers and be sure to check the reviews. After waiting all morning for someone to show up for a nine o'clock appointment, we had to call to find out where the service person was - only to get a lame and crazy excuse as to why he didn't show up. Days later, when the plumber did come out, he definitely was not knowledgeable about either the problems in our bathrooms. His remedy was that we would need to practically remodel our one bathroom costing several thousand dollars but that he would have to ""check"" with his master plumber because he was just ""not sure."" It has been three weeks and, surprise, surprise, he has never gotten back to us. We have remedied the problems quite easily and affordable with another plumber. Check the reviews!
