Francis L.They installed a new kitchen faucet/sprayer system. After 2-3 months, the sprayer started to fail. The system was under warranty. They replaced the sprayer, then sent me a bill for $108 for labor. I have never paid labor on a part that was under warranty. Never again...found a more reputable plumber and will use them in the future. Oh, to replace the part, they rescheduled 3 times before they did the job, which took 10-15 minutes.
