Overpriced. I had a simple fix and was charged $$$ for a simple 5cent rubber casket. The owner never responded to a remediation nor gave me a receipt with complete services rendered. I do not recommend him.

Discovered water in our basement from backed up sewer drain late one afternoon. Our neighborhood FB page recommended Ben Anderson (Anderson Plumbing LLC). I called and left a message at 445 figuring I would hear back the next morning. I received a call back in a few minutes and discussed the issue and booked the next morning first thing. Jose and Dublas arrived promptly and got to work fixing the issue. With a 50plus year old house, well you get the picture. The team was efficient, effective, professional, friendly. They had everything fixed in a few hours. I highly recommend.

Ben was recommended through a Facebook group I'm in. I decided to call him and multiple other plumbers. Ben called me back immediately, and we spoke on the phone about the issue I'm having. I sent him some pictures, and then he sent his team out the next morning. They were on time, clean and respectful. They fixed my drain issue, helped me with a garbage disposal, and identified another leak I had that I wasn't aware of. They cleaned up the area, were thorough, and explained everything they did. I highly recommend them. He quoted me a good price. I've had multiple plumbers come out for a variety of things over the years, and this was definitely the best experience.

We couldn't be happier with the service that we received from Ben Anderson and his assistant. They were prompt and showed great care for our home by putting on shoe covers as well as putting down tarps. The first thing they did for us was to clear out our kitchen sink drain that was backing up. The second issue was with our powder room toilet that wasn't flushing properly. We had two other plumbers out and neither of them were able to fix it. Ben quickly got the job done and it is working fine. The hot water handle for the sink in the powder room was leaking. The other plumbers that I had here threw their hands up and said they had no idea how to fix it. It's sort of a unique sink and I absolutely would've been heartbroken if it couldn't be fixed. Ben quickly diagnosed the problem. He told me exactly what I needed to order from Kohler, and assured me that they were very nice to deal with. I ordered the parts and let Ben know that they had arrived. He got me on his schedule promptly. Ben, and his assistant fixed the leak and it is working great. His prices are very reasonable. It's a good feeling to know that I have a plumber that I can count on now for any plumbing problems we run into in the future.

Expert plumbing service at a reasonable price!

Ben Anderson did a great job fixing numerous plumbing problems for us over the years when he was with another company, so when two of our toilets needed repairs recently, he was the first person that I called. Ben (who is now the owner of Anderson Plumbing LLC in Fairfax) and his apprentice Dublas arrived on time, quickly assessed our situation, and then expertly overhauled two of our toilets and had them running like new in no time at a very reasonable price!

I also appreciated their attention to the little things, like wearing shoe covers when they came in our home, cleaning up after themselves, and offering helpful tips for avoiding future plumbing problems (like shutting off our water main when going on vacation to avoid costly surprises when we get home and easy steps to winterize our exterior faucets/hose bibs). I would definitely recommend Anderson Plumbing to all of my family, neighbors, and friends!
