Like a lot of people I have burst pipes. I had talked to Chris, and he had given me a good price. I was already a little leery about some of his unprofessional behavior. For instance, he seemed to be very disorganized when I talked to him on the phone and didn't seem to remember talking to me previously, but I need my pipes fixed. When he came, I asked him in a nice way to put on a mask while he talked to me. I was going to explain that I didn't care whether he wore a mask when he was doing his work, but he never gave me a chance. He said masks were bullshit and walked out on the job. I am 64 years old, have asthma, and this is during a worldwide pandemic that has killed hundreds of thousands of people, so I was making a reasonable request. I understand plumbers are busy and can pick and choose their jobs, but I wasn't asking anything out of line. I was wearing a mask myself. Now after three weeks because he wouldn't follow a reasonable request, I still have burst pipes.

Always called on these good folks for the past 20 years. Good work, good price. I was quoted $800 to replace 3 sections of old cast iron sewer pipe under my house. The plumber I usually see came out, went under the house, sawed and hammered and in 1 hour and 20 minutes emerged saying he was done. My husband gave him a check for $800 and after rechecking the paperwork and seeing he had actually charged us about $500 per hour for what he had done, which was not what we were originally quoted.

Chris did a fantastic job -- quick, professional, courteous, and informative.
He saved me $700 over the other guys, and he educated me on the benefits of a regular water heater as compared to the tankless I was prepared to purchase.
He talked me OUT of a much larger purchase and explained why it wasn't worth my money, which to me speaks volumes about his character and his passion for his business.
I would hire Anderson Plumbing again in a heartbeat.

We recently had some below freezing temperatures and a few days later we noticed our front yard was swamped with water. I called Anderson Plumbing and in Chris was at our house right away and diagnosed a busted underground pipe which was about 18 inches below ground. He knew exactly where to find it and the next day they dug it up and fixed the cracked water line and within a day it was filled in as if nothing happened.
The price was lower than I expected and they quoted exactly what they billed. This was my first experience with Anderson and I would definitely use them again. I rarely post reviews, but these guys really impressed me!

My first call to them was great! They showed up on time, did their work, smelled like cigarettes, but got it done. All reasonably priced.
Next call, had an appointment scheduled for Saturday morning. No call, no show. I called back to see if there was some kind of emergency, because I still needed the work done, and NEVER got a return call.
Guess they are independently wealthy and don't need to work?!
