My sink needed repair, had a leaky pipe. Don came out and """"fixed"""" the issue. After being paid and leaving, I went to use the sink and the pipe wasn't even attached back at all and there was a steady flow of water coming from the pipe. I called him immediately and asked him to come back to complete the repair. He advised it would be 4 days. I do not have a shut off valve under the sink and could not wait 4 days. I asked for a refund since the repair wasn't made. He said he would make it right. I followed up for 2 weeks and never got a refund or service. I will never recommend this business. He is dishonest and refuses to help with the refund. I ended up paying for another repair. Beware! Do not use this plumber. I have filed a complaint with others on the BBB website. Advised Don of that imtenet. And he said he didn't care, for me to stop contacting him. Deceitful dishonest practice !

We hired Don because he was the low bid on the installation of a softener and tankless water heater. We had a rough experience from the get go. We cannot recommend him.

Anderson Plumbing did an amazing job on a full re-piping of my home. Don was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and someone I trusted in my home. I don't want just anyone to come in my house with my children and pets but I felt absolutely comfortable with Don being there. He was very respectful and even interacted with my 3 year old as I was trying to get her to leave him alone so he could work. Don didn't act bothered in the slightest by my toddler trying to interrupt him! He was so very professional in all aspects of the job from customer service standpoint to getting the job don't correctly and in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Anderson Plumbing to others and if we have any issues in the future, I am definitely going to give him a call. Thanks Don!

We used Don and his team for our under the sink water purifier/faucet install. He was knowledgeable, fast, and priced fairly. His work is quality and would highly recommend his services. We will call Don if we need any future plumbing help. 5 STARS!

I called Don on Monday September 27th and he arrived at our house about 3-4 hours later to start repairing a drain pipe that we found had a screw hole in it from the previous owners of our home. He was here for about 6 hours, including when he left to run for parts. He did not finish the project that day. He completed the work shown but said he'd be back tomorrow to repair the leaky toilet in the above bathroom, as you can see in the screenshot he continued to lie about coming back, he then started ignoring my calls and texts so I called from my husbands phone where he answered and lied to me about coming again. We chose to stop pursuing him coming back because he obviously did not plan to. The screws from the top coupling stuck out beyond the wall and had to be fixed since he would not come back to fix them. I would absolutely not recommend Anderson Plumbing to anyone, he'll do poor work and never follow up about repairing it (as we assume he knows he's done a poor job). I would give him zero stars but 1 is the lowest I can give to post this.
