We had a water heater failure. Our water heater was located in a very tight space in our laundry room. We contacted Anderson, sent photos, and received an estimate. Justin came out the following day to replace the water heater and did a fine job, even while working around the nearby furnace, washer, and dryer. If you want your repair done well, call Anderson.

We have unfortunately had to call Anderson plumbing to correct issues with our new home constructed 3 years ago. They have always responded quickly and have someone out within a day or two.
This latest call was concerning our sump pump and that ie was running continuously but it was intermittent - Norbert came out the next day, and spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing the issue and getting it replicate the problem. He was not only able to fix it simply, he correct another issue (loud pump operation) by thoroughly cleaning the sump pit- he saved is considerable money and frustration.

Highly recommend Anderson. May cost more on first view, but well worth the service call fee.

Well, I had a pipe disintegrate in a wall behind my upstairs bathroom sink. I went to my basement and found a puddle (small lake) of water on my utility room floor. When I looked up, I knew I was in trouble. It was Sunday evening and chances of finding anyone to help, I felt, was next to none. After calling and leaving messages at several places, I reached Caleb with Anderson Plumbing. Caleb came to my home promptly and worked diligently to fix my problem. I've never met a nicer more conscientious young man as he. He really cared!!! Problem fixed!!!!! The next day, I heard from one other place at 4 pm. no one else even responded. From now on, Anderson is my place to call for all my plumbing issues. I hope that they keep Caleb on staff because he really seems to care. Thank you

Anderson Plumbing has done three jobs for me at our house over the past 18 mos. Two leaks and some renovation plumbing upgrades. There service and timeliness is much appreciated. The ladies running the phones and appointments are great as well. They are expensive but they do a great job and have no heaitation to call them.

Just short of a year ago they installed a sink, garbage disposal and dish washer. The warranty for workmanship is one year. Four days before the warranty ended, the p trap under the sink blew off flooding my cabinet and floor. Plumber came next day and simply put the p trap that came off back in place, ran some water and charged me $145. 7 months later, yep, the p trap came off again. They will come in one week and I will be charged for the service call. Not this time, I called another plumbing company who came next day. They showed me how the connection was done incorrectly, not glued together and PUT ON BACKWARDS at the wrong angle. When they installed the new sink and disposal, it was now too low. Instead of cutting pipes to fit the new angle, they just put the old pipes back on - incorrectly and unattached. Thank goodness I called in a qualified plumber who knows what he is doing who replaced all the pipes and fixed the high loop on the dishwasher which was not done by Anderson for $125.

I recently needed a toilet replaced and decided to use Anderson Plumbing after receiving price estimates (over the phone). Anderson wasn't the cheapest but since I had done prior business with them and was satisfied I decided to select them again.

I was told the price for the job would be $140, which included $125/hr for labor and $15 for gasoline payment. Plus, the job would start 15 minutes prior to arrival; once the plumber called your phone, 8:26 in my case.

Upon arrival, at 8:40, Norbert took 45 minutes to install my ""All-in-one"" toilet. After finishing at 9:25, he told me that now, he needed to go to his van to prepare an invoice. When he returned at 9:35, I was told to pay $225 dollars, significantly more than $140.

I was charged $23 for parts, which he decided were superior to the parts included with the toilet kit. Then, he told me that I was being charged $55 dollars additional since he took 10 minutes to write the invoice!!!

So, at Andersen Plumbing they make the customer pay for their commute, gasoline, and the time it takes to write an invoice.

I have never seen such pricing tactics in any business in my entire life.

I will adjust this rating if/when I receive a satisfactory response.

Edit: I spoke with the Office manager who told me they'd remove the $55 charge. I will update the stars and amend the review upon confirmation

Made an appointment for an estimate..THE ESTIMATE CAME OUT TO a RIDICULOUS $4000 dollars
Anderson plumming must think their customers are made out of money since they say that they are very busy, so they must assume that people will pay whatever ridiculous estimate they say.
Stay away from these people. They are money hungry fools and the customer is the sacrificial lamb
Don't have any issues with making honest money but for the job this is ridiculous

They had multiple people come look at issue and still couldn't figure it out cause a new leak from trying to do the job very poor communication

We liked services provided by Anderson plumbing and we're kinda loyal customers until recent services. The technician was good, service was okay but the price was a freaking rip off. Will never call this company any more.

Thank you for fixing a problem in my bathroom. Stared having a ""sewer smell"" . Tim was great fixed it with a new ring seal with in 45 min. And at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Anderson's.
