Mary Jean Anderson started Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air from four separate businesses.
2018 marked our 40th anniversary serving the San Diego community. To honor this occasion, we built upon our Anderson Random Acts of Plumbing, Heating & Air campaign. We gifted plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services and equipment to 40 randomly chosen residents in San Diego.
In 2017, we launched the Anderson Career Builder Institute. We created this program to address the critical shortage of qualified candidates in the skilled trades.
We combined our companies in 2006, creating a unified and outstanding team. We focus on providing only the highest quality products while ensuring excellent customer service.
Mary Jean Anderson, our President, acquired her partner's share in Walter Anderson Plumbing in 2003. Since that time, she has expanded by acquiring more businesses in the industry and bringing in skilled staff who are still with us.

I began as a nurse, and my instinct to care shapes my commitment to providing excellent customer service. I aim for you to have confidence that we will get the job done right on the first attempt.
Inviting a technician into your home can lead to uncertainty and questions. To address this, our technicians go through rigorous background checks, drug testing, and personality profiling before they join our team. Furthermore, all our technicians are licensed and have undergone fingerprinting with the state of California.
I appreciate my family and team members. My husband, Bryan Rominger, is the President of the Anderson Career Builder Institute (ACBI), Headmaster, and Instructor. My son, Kyle Anderson, is the Vice President and Strategic Operations Manager. My daughter, Kelly, manages our service operations as the Service Manager.

Heidi S.Total and complete ripoff. All they want to do is upsell you to a new system. Quoted us over $4k in repairs and said don't bother with those, just get a new system (for $16k). Called AirMaxx for a second opinion, their tech replaced a single switch and the whole system works again.
Anderson seems only interested in selling new systems. Of course our system is old, but we are not interested in replacing it if it still works! And to over inflate the cost and scope of repairs to make it seem worse off than it really is? And to leave our family shivering in a cold house without offering a simple repair to get the system running again? So rude and uncompassionate.
Plus they charged $83 just to come out and diagnose.
Lesson learned, stick to AirMaxx.

Ramesh P.I had a really bad experience with Anderson plumbing. They charged me about 230 dollars for clearing clogged kitchen sink but they didn't really clear the clog. It was jammed within one hour after they left and now water doesn't pass at all. I am trying to get refund for it but manager is taking some time to call me.
These guys are dishonest and I wouldn't recommend them for anything.
