Today we had Joselito Araracap and his partner out to repair out A/C. We had a brand new HVAC installed three weeks ago that was not working properly. They were very quick, professional, and friendly and fixed our air conditioning right away. It feels great to have our air conditioning back up and running. I just had all my shut off valves replaced on Aug 5 but still needed the drywall repair to be done. I tried to call to schedule the repairs since Aug 6 and I left voicemails and no one has returned my call. In the meantime I had a pipe leak and they contracted out to another company to do the repair, however I still need the drywall repair. It's now September 21 and no response from anyone. I will now have to find someone else to finish the job.
Very reliable until they get their money, but after the job not a peep from them

Oh and don't get dupped into becoming a VIP member, the extra $18 a month was not worth it and provided no benefit

My heat pump died. I researched replacement and read about many companies advertising heat pumps. First, I read reviews, read Better Business Bureau information and spoke with neighbors and friends. Anderson was the choice. The company rep, Kathy Szeyller, was knowledgeable, professional and not pushy at all. I chose a new heat pump that has a 10 year warranty from a reputable, long-lasting company. The two men who installed the system were equally knowledgeable and responsible. They went above and beyond to prevent any future problems. My very picky dog adored them. They made sure to complete the job before a major heat wave. I know this system will last. And, if not, I know Anderson is a company I can rely on to live by the warranty. Unlike fly-by-night individuals on Google, they won't be gone in a year. My house went from 89 degrees to 70 degrees in a few hours. I'm so relieved! Thank you, Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air.

We moved into our home a year and a half ago and have been meaning to get our drains cleaned - especially in the bathroom and kitchen. The Drain team was extremely friendly, efficient, and professional. They charge a $49 dispatch fee to come and inspect your home and then provided a quote to perform drain maintenance. Art and Hugo were fantastic! Highly recommended.

Things went from bad to worse.

Erin was kind enough to call me back and arrange to have a supervisor respond. Upon arriving after noon for my morning appointment, he offered to change my faucet on the belief that the line wasn't properly flushed when installed and deposits were restricting the flow. He agreed to put the offer in writing.

When I asked about the drain pipe ($20 of parts and less than 15 min work for $350) he shrugged it off and said it was company policy. They would not provide a detailed invoice with parts and labor rates specified. When I questioned him about it he turned his back and walked out. No adjustment or repair.

They took advantage of my wife and are not transparent with their business practices. They are not honoring their 100% guarantee.

Excellent service! on time, neat, clean n knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Very professional.....will definitely use Anderson again without hesitation whether plumbing, AC, or furnace. Great company!!

I had two appointments, one for plumbing and one for hvac, both on the same day. The plumbing was a continuation of an appt they couldnt complete the prior day. Left the toilet unattached and materials all over our bathroom. Then called on the morning of and said they shouldnt have scheduled it for a sat and best they could do was tues. Fine. Later that day, at 3, they then call and say they cant do the hvac. Why? They claim covid but if that were so, they could have let me know much earlier so I didnt sit around all day. Then, rather than schedule me first thing monday since they cancelled on both, they tell me midweek AND they tried to charge me a full amount for an unfinished job.

Just all around, unprofessional. Two appointments. Two cancellations. Rest assured, if i cancelled last minute, they would be trying to charge me all sorts of fees. Little effort to make things right.
