I made an appointment to have two washing machine shut off valves replaced. The plummer who arrived was very helpful,but the price that was quoted was crazy $420. to replace in my opinion at best were 2 $10.00 valves. They are correct when they say we ""WOW YOU""

Just as the weather gets hot of course the AC goes out. Called Anderson and they sent out CJ. He was quick to make things relaxed and comfortable, finding a quick solution to our problem. He also let us know of some home improvement programs that could assist us ( we were discussing all the changes we were doing in the house, it was not just randomly blurted out). Overall he gave us a wonderful experience and I would be happy to have him back again should anything go wrong.

This was the first time we had a service on our 16 year old HVAC units and selected Anderson based on a friends recommendation and backed up by the many positive online reviews. We were very pleased with the work that Brian D did on our AC units. He was thorough, professional and competent. He recommended some preventative steps to take based on the age and condition of the units but didn't push anything. Based on his approach and the quality of his work, we will use Anderson PHA again.

Anderson bought the company who originally installed our air conditioner and we have continued to use them for YEARS to service our furnace and a/c. We even have a quote from them to do a tankless water heater for us, but after yesterday, never again! My husband is a contractor and needed to sub out to a plumber to seat a toilet and hook up a dishwasher and hot water line under the kitchen sink. We called Anderson since we had always been pleased with them and it was a small, easy job. After paying them the $42 service call fee, we were told that those two items would cost $900. $900?!? It's no more than 1.5 hours work and we provided all of the needed parts. I would hate to think what they would charge if they needed to do something more involved. We have called another small, independent plumber (Cooper's Plumbing) out to do the work and guess what, he is charging us less than $200. Congratulations Anderson, you've lost our business!

I would definitely recommend Anderson for air conditioning which is what we called them out for. They topped off our refrigerant and sealed off a small leak and it's been running great ever since! Friendly, conscientious, and professional. Fair pricing. They will be our go to company for any future issues... knock on wood...we don't want any of those! Awesome job!

So it's March, 2017 now...we have a leak and need the coil replaced. The leak test alone was over 1000. To replace the coil and fix pipe leak outside is about 3900. This is not good news. Will have to do some research because this sounds high. Anyone have comments?

The work that was performed was adequate for a replacement of a Pressure Regulator, but if I had gone to Home Depot, you can buy the same regulator for $100. Also my neighbor had another licensed company replace their pressure regulator and the cost was $445. Anderson plumbing charged me $772 for same exact work.

Noticed the $99. drain cleaning special so thought I'd give it a try. After calling to schedule an appointment for Monday, received a window time of 10 AM to 2 PM, plus they call you 30 minutes before they arrive.

Dylan D. arrived about 12:30 PM and promptly started to auger the drain line. After peppering him with loads of questions, he had some very helpful suggestions. He recommended the use of a pumice stone and where to purchase the correct additional parts needed to avoid any additional problems. Quality professionalism, kind honest service is what we received.

Definitely will be calling again for our next plumbing job as they specialize in all sorts of plumbing needs.

Seriously. The pricing from Anderson is way over fair or normal. We were quoted more than $6,000 for replacement of our water heater, and were told it was too complex to repair. An alternate quote from an equally rated plumber was $500 for repair, including obtaining a heat exchanger unit for us under guarantee. So glad we did not go ahead with Anderson on this job.
