Until recently, I would have given this company five stars, but not anymore. I have heating and air conditioning from Anderson's and their products are fine. It's their yearly maintenance service that has become a royal pain. I pay for their VIP service plan, but I certainly DON'T get VIP treatment. I'm sitting here waiting for a technician to do my yearly AC check which was supposed to have been between 7 a.m. and noon (pretty big window. . .way too big!). . .It's noon right now. I've been home waiting for five hours. I just got a text from a dispatcher saying the technicians were ""running late"" but I was next in line (whatever that means). I might understand the ""running late"" excuse, but this is the second time in a row that they've done this! My appointment was originally scheduled for two months ago and that time they no-showed!! After waiting for five hours, I got a text saying ""we're running behind because we've had too many emergencies today, so we can't make it to your house. Please reschedule."" Sooooo, here we are at the rescheduled appointment time and they aren't here again. Obviously they think their time is more valuable than mine -- and obviously they are overbooking like crazy. That's not fair to customers, and I, for one, am very dissatisfied. I've paid for this service and it's not available. Believe me, at Anderson's, the customer does NOT come first. I no longer recommend them to anyone.

Get your other estimates, for my two AC units and extras. With the four quotes i got, they were 50 to 100% more. WOW, is that legal?

Super WoW! Thank you Loren Danielson !! I been living in my home for over 10 years and never used professional plumbing service because we thought the prices would not be affordable. This was worth every penny and then some and actually cost 10 times LESS than I expected! Polite, prompt and professional from the dispatch to plumber . If there is a WoW award in your company ... please give it to Loren Danielson !!!

Anderson plumbing employees are the best! i used the 63 or is free drain cleaning and i was not disappointed the Tech Loren Danielsons was as professional as they come. i used Amderson plumbing in the past and each time the techs are honest and professional. No surprises! I recommend their business.

This company does a great job with the customer service from my experience. For starters, they'll let you know 30-45 minutes when they are on their way to your house. And you can even track them as they are making their way to your home.

They recently installed a brand new HVAC system and their expertise in air conditioning is top notch, and knowing exactly what type of furnace and condensor unit to use for our size house.

They are friendly, professional and they had no hesitation with wearing shoe covers and masks inside our home. Great job!

Tony was fantastic, did fantastic work, communicated everything very well. His service was 5 Star. The company as a whole, I have to drop a star for. I feel like there are too many people you have to communicate with, and time got confused a couple different times. We were also quoted $800 for a mini jet...that was changed at the last min to just a more powerful snake. Which cleared our clog it at a fraction of the cost. Wish that had been offered in the very first place.

I found the prices twice the price others charge for freon. The service person was not familiar with my type of unit and suggested materials that were not needed. They did not know how to properly read their gauges. I was quoted $1200.00 for materials I did not need.
I also requested a certain service person, who I have used for several years. The company did not send that person and never let me know he was not available until I called for an ETA. I would have been glad to wait for the person I requested.
Do not use Anderson they just want you to pay for their TV adds. They are terrible!!!!

The yearly fee to Anderson Plumbing insure a complete review of the house's infrastructure. Well worth it for peace of mind to sign I up for Preferred Customer status.
