I'm glad to see that so many people have found this review helpful. I have now had Andersons plumbing out 3 times and although they are able to unclog my bathtub from having standing sewage in it they never seem to get to the root of the problem. Currently having another plumbing company review their work and make recommendations. More to follow

Anderson installed 2 split-level AC units, a gas line for a gas stove, and has been out to our home on service calls. Professional awesome service. Technicians use hand held iPads and give you immediate quotes for services. They offer Veteran discounts, limited time interest-free financing. Anderson has high standards for all technicians who wear pink shoe covers and lay out their tools on a mat they bring in; they also clean up before they leave!

Loren was our tech and he was awesome! Friendly, communicative, and Honest. I wish more people were like him or would take a page out of his book. Anderson is made great because of knowledgeable plumbers like him. Definitely worth the time and effort and will be coming back.

Very professional when I called about a clogged drain. The appointment was set quickly, and they showed up on time. Tim was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was done in 15 minutes. And this was all done for $63. Another quote from a different company came in at $450. I highly recommend!!!

I woke up in the morning to find our furnace had failed during the night. I work 12 hour shifts and would be working for the next two days.... so I called Anderson to see if they could get a service tech out to fix the furnace that day. The service tech ultimately made it out after several delays and my 85-year-old father was there to greet him. I came home that night expecting to find the furnace repaired, but instead found a note stuck to my furnace saying check my email! In my email was a summary of needed repairs with the recommendation to buy a new furnace. Why did I need a new furnace? Because the blower motor for the engine was dirty, there was a ""compromised"" heat exchanger (By this he meant there was a small hole in the side of the box that had been covered with tape for years but could easily be covered with a metal plate to repair it), and a $35 switch had gone bad. These are things I figured out later. At first I tried to contact Anderson to see why they were recommending a new furnace when it look like repairs would be relatively inexpensive and despite promising to call me back it has been two days and nobody has called me back. Meanwhile the furnace doesn't work. Ultimately I decided to dig into it and figure it out myself. That is how I know that the cost of the switch is only $35 the box is easily repaired and I've already clean the motor! I think I've dealt with more respectable used car dealers!

I'm writing this review because I was very impressed with my interaction with the people who work for Anderson plumbing and heating! Our entire HVAC system went down, leaving us to find someone to help us replace them. Anderson first send out a technician to see if repair was a possibility. Sadly it wasn't. Michael Gaskill showed up promptly following the text message announcing his arrival 30 minutes prior. He throughly inspected all aspects of our system, and then in detail explained in layman's terms what was what. He went on to educate me in the mathematics of moving air through our building, and how an efficient system should operate. His knowledge was quite impressive. Given we were looking at replacement he made a call for an estimator to come work their magic. Same text message 30 minutes prior plus a phone call, and the lovely Eden Teklu arrived! Like Mike, she was efficient, friendly and effective at her job. She too educated me, this time in matters of compliance to code for the required inspection which would happen when the work was completed, placement of equipment etc. When everyone was finished and left I felt confident we had called on a company with quality people in their employ. I felt this was worth my time to review, and recognize jobs well done. I was truly impressed by this company and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

That said, full disclosure, I was not able to hire Anderson for our project, as the quote was outside our parameters for this procedure. We're the case different, they would have gotten my business...

Came to my house Iwanted my hot water heater flushed Which would've been $79 and I ended up with a $1100 bill they added a new Spicket they forgot to turn the pilot back or reheat the water-heater I had to get a high-pressure water valve which wasn't needed They quoted me $800 and change and I ended up with another $600 fee because They forgot to add on a water heatersvalve Which I had replaced a year before that they came into my house to get my heater checked out and it ended up would've cost me $25,000 and it needed only a thermostat on the heater replaced might've been old and it probably needed to be replaced but I wasn't gonna put out $25,000 but I just wanted it inspected they did a asbestos test which I didn't need they asked to put in a new Vents which I didn't need because I had another company come in and gave me a quote and it said I didn't need any of that I didn't need new ducks I didn't new new vents and I didn't need a new air conditioning unit so be careful if you get these people in your house they're going to try to get you for everything you got
