Mark and his team were a wonderful group to work with! Our main water line from the well to the house had a leak and they were able to dig, replace, and back fill in the same day, as well as lay straw and seed. His team also relocated our pressure switch in the basement to prevent future problems with the water pump and line. Mark gave us a quote after assessing the job and we did not pay a penny more when the job was finished. To boot, the entire team was very friendly and personable throughout the process. We will definitely be using Mark Anderson plumbing for our future well and plumbing needs.

The five star review is an understatement! As a new customer, I called on a Thursday, described the symptoms that my plumbing/well water was suffering from, and he was spot on with what he believed needed to be addressed. He was at my home the next day to confirm the diagnosis, and our new well pump was installed in a matter of hours. A completely pain free process - even changed our water filter as an added bonus!

Avoid this guy. He'll come out to you if you have a big$$ job that he can bang you top$$ for. If you have a smaller job, he doesn't even call you back.
Their website says ""no job too small"" . That's complete BS. My wife called for a well pump while I was out of town and sure enough he came out and He did the well but it was not cheap. OK, well, we didn't have water.
Then the next week I started calling for another appointment for other plumbing work and with a question about our new well pump . No call back-- nothing!. I called three different times, left three different messages with their ""answering service"". What a waste of time. Not one returned call. They have lost another customer. I even peeled all his ""service"" stickers off all the places he plastered it on my plumbing. Never to be used again. D- rating. And that's being nice.

I give Mark Anderson an A+, I came home from vacation with no water! I called another well/plumbing company who came out and provided an estimate and wanted to get a second opinion before getting the work done. I called late that evening and Mark was willing to come out that same night but I opted for the next morning. He was at my home bright and early the next morning evaluated the job and gave me a fair estimate and did not try and sell me things I didn't need like the first company that came out. Mark completed the job and we had water the same day and the cost was half of what the other company quoted! He was very professional and easy to work with and understand what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, fair professional to hire. I give him 5 stars! GREAT JOB!!

A couple years ago, we were getting air in our pipes. Mark Anderson Plumbing came out and found the cracked pipe in our well. They changed the piping and the well pump (which was old) and everything has worked great. Just the other day, we had issues with water pressure in our house. We changed the well pressure switch ourselves, but pressure would still climb to 90psi before we would shut the power off again (to be safe and not ruin our pipes). At this point, my husband and I decided we should call the professionals. I called at 8:30pm on a Wednesday and left a message with their answering service. I got a call back from Mark Anderson at 9:38pm! I advised him what we had done and he gave us some helpful knowledge that allowed us to complete the job ourselves. Not only did we feel empowered that we were able to do it ourselves, but we had piece of mind that if we were not able to do it ourselves, Mark stated that I could call him in the morning and he would squeeze me in for an appointment. (This company is 24/7 response, but our issue was not that much of an emergency as we could live without water until the next day). This company originally came to me as a recommendation from a coworker. I strongly recommend this family-owned business. I believe their pricing is fair and their responsiveness and work quality has been great!
